They are $25 so I don’t expect them to sound great, I couldn’t understand what people were saying in my online school class because it was such bad quality.

These are cheap, so I had low expectations going in. But the static interference made them unusable. I didn't need anything amazing, just something that worked.

  Hi MunkiLord, I'm sorry that the Z200 had static interference that the speakers were unusable. I hope you checked the wire connection between the speaker and the computer/laptop. Sometimes if that connection isn't complete it can cause poor audio quality. I hope you are able to find a solution that works for your set up. Thanks for being a Logitech customer. I was extremely disappointed in this product. I do NOT blame Best Buy, but I do feel that the sales clerk who guided me towards these speakers did not fulfill my needs.

Good budget speakers but they sound very meh and grainy any time you crank the volume. They’re about as good as the speakers at your school.

Very flat sound, even bumping the treble up with a mixer they still sound horrible...currently sitting on my garage floor in a corner idle...complete waste of money...I'll probably use them as pistol targets at some point

Appears to have died after 2 1/2 months—no power. Very disappointed!! Prior to that these are basic speakers with basic sound. You get what you pay for.

  Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you can't hear any audio from your Z200 speakers, try these suggestions:
  
  Make sure all cables are firmly connected to both your speakers and your device.
  Adjust the volume on both the speakers and your audio source.
  Verify that the audio isn't set to "Mute" on your audio source.
  If you're streaming audio content from the internet to your device, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your speakers. Try audio that is stored on your device to verify.
  If connected to a computer, make sure to select the audio-output device your speakers are connected to (see your computer's documentation for help).
  If connected to any other device with multiple output settings, make sure you have the correct output selected (ex. game console, DVD player, TV). See your device's documentation for help. If you ever need assistance, please contact Logitech Support on the website. LaShonda from Logitech

It’s decent speakers but you definitely will need subwoofer and it’s better to look 2.1 options instead.

Bought a pair and they wouldn’t turn on. Exchanged them for another pair and one speaker would not turn on. The speakers feel cheap and like they will not last a long time.

They work. A little bigger than expected, but not an issue. What IS an issue is that they are SO QUIET!! I was using a Google Nest Mini 2, and that gave me plenty of volume even on low settings. That is to say, I have pretty good hearing. The only reason I replaced my Nest is because of the sound delay. I am on max volume on these speakers and my pc, and still only getting less than half of what my Nest could produce. Disappointed.

I've had two sets of these, and they work fine for a few months. Then, for reasons I can't quite figure out, they cease having much volume at all. I do not recommend these. Sure, they are cheap, but I've had cheap speaker sets from other vendors that last a very long time.

Will return. The speaker is making an annoying humming sound no matter which devices I plug it in. I tried different power outlets too, same result.

  Hello John. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Z200 speakers at Best Buy. I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your speakers. It sounds like you have a 60 cycle hum that can sometimes happen when the power is not grounded properly. Due to the Z200 only having the 2 prong plug, it does not have a grounding prong. If you don't already have one for your computer, I would suggest getting a surge protector with some power conditioning to alleviate the ground loop.

Does it’s job. I think you should look for the Z207 instead. The audio is just bad enough to be noticeable, not worth it at all

These speakers are awful. I have had two sets of the speakers stop working within 3 months. I would not recommend these cheap speakers.

the speakers are totally dysfunctional after just a few days of use. I tried to exchange them for a new set. They were not anymore available in the store. It was not a good experience.

these gave out on me in under a week. im very busy and have no time to drive into town to return them so im out $20~. wouldnt recommend.
