Awesome buy for sure, been using it daily not a problem, always had Logitech just upgraded for some good quality music, and gaming

I run the main audio channel out of my PC and have a second input from an HDMI audio extractor, I love the sound quality and the ease of use. It was also super simple to set up and doesn't require too much thought to space out

I was looking to replace my old Samsung surround sound. I caught this on a deal of the day and I'm glad I got it. The system is awesome. The sound is so clear and crisp. Even at 75% volume, which is insanely loud, there is absolutely no distortion. Just crispy and punchy sound. I would buy this system again, in a heartbeat. Took me about 1 hour to mount speakers. I removed 1 star for not coming with mounts, or mounting screws.

The predecessor system, the Z-5500, had finally died on me roughly 20yrs after use. One of the best systems I had ever used. This system so far has satisfied my needs and matches the Z-5500. Bass is actually tighter and feels more true, and they preserved the dual driver system from the previous gen. Highly recommend!

Music. Or if you're plugging it into the computer. This is louder and has more bass . my neighbors can hear me I would not advise purchasing if you live in a condo or apartment. For the money is blows every soundbar or other systems for half the cost. System rocks!!!

1,000 watts of clear crisp, THX sound. I haven't even turned it up half way yet. Also best bang for your buck a good sound bar costs between 200 and up, this was 277 and capable of 1,000 watts. Only con is it's wired, and no HDMI. I had top rated pioneer soundbar and replaced it for this Logitech and it was best decision I ever made. You will not be disappointed with its amazing sound quality.

I was absolutely blown away by how good this surround sound system sounds. I thought it was going to be meh for being a cheap system but it actually sounds amazing. If you like lots of bass (like I do) then you'll love this system. Was a little disappointed that it didn't have bluetooth built in but the logitech bluetooth adapter was pretty cheap and works great with it.

Great sound for both gaming and movies. Took a while to to figure out how to connect to PC through 3 line in cables, but connection through optical ports are plug and play. Its also great that this system had 2 optical ports so I can hook up my 4k Blu-ray and PS4 Pro at same time. On a side note, this thing can suddenly get REALLY LOUD in movies with a lot of explosion etc so be careful when your pets are around.

These are amazing! I haven't replaced my PC speakers in literal decades because PC speakers aren't made the same in today's world. These speakers are stellar! For my PC and anything else you connect it to. You can hear everything that contributes to sound through them. Perfect for gaming, movies, music, etc. So many settings you can apply and if you have enhanced sound like Dolby or THX etc you can hear the greatness even more. I highly recommend. This is a worthy investment. I hope these last over twenty years too.

I went through 3 other systems before i landed on the k906 logitec surrond speaker set at first i was a bit hesitant because this was a optical system and my others were HDMI interface which i had heard was better but overall this k906 has been the best so far

5.1 surround in games is epic, you can hear exactly where enemies are. The sub in this set is huge, bass you can feel in your chest, your walls, your neighbor's walls. I've never heard computer speakers this clean, no noise no hiss no distortion... just pure sound. I've heard things in music that I never knew were there. If you're connecting these to a PC/TV use the optical input for a completely digital signal to the amp. Sooo good. The price is worth it. Just buy them. Make yourself happy.

Of course you need a bit of space to support a 6 speaker setup, and you need a way to get a pair of speakers behind you effectively. Logitech does include extremely long rear cables, and I've had them wrapping entire (small) rooms before, but if you can get passed that, this kit makes for an outstanding 5.1 PC sound system. I end up running the hardware at about half volume, and the OS at like 20%, and it's plenty loud, and the quality is spot on. It was raining in a game once, and I wasn't sure if it was the speakers, or if it was outside a nearby window. And don't try and suggest that 2 speakers in a headset of double the price can compare to a solid 5.1 setup like this, you can tell the direction of the sound, and that just doesn't happen with a headset. Only request I have is that the volume knob control box was a bit heavier so it didn't slide around. In the end it's just on the corner of my desk and I use the remote if I ever need to change anything.

I am pretty impressed with what you get in the box. The speakers, subwoofer (which houses all of the connections), control module, remote, speaker wires, and pc connection wires are all there. Everything you need comes in the package. When listening to music, playing video games, or watching movies this system packs quite a punch for it being smaller. Mounting the speakers was simple since it has a thread hole in the middle of each speaker. There are adjustments and fine tuning you can do to make it sound better. Overall a great system for the price. There are a couple of things that I would like though: 1) The remote feels very cheap. It works, but it is very flimsy. Something a little more solid would have been appreciated, 2) The pc connection (maybe a defect) doesn’t sound very good. It sounds like a lot of static and crackling when I am playing any device out of it., 3) Longer speaker wire. I was lucky enough that 4 out of the 5 speaker wires were long enough for my set up, but the last one, I had to use my home theater speaker wire to run so it would reach the subwoofer to connect, and 4) I’m not sure why Logitech hasn’t added an HDMI connection to the unit. Don’t get me wrong, the fiber optic connections are wonderful, but now a days with how convenient HDMI is, I’m not sure why they wouldn’t do that.

Easy install. Solid clear sound! Plenty of volume. Remote control is excellent.

Unbelievable how this system sounds for both gaming and media. Enjoyed it for movies but was blown away when I used for my sim racing rig.

I am using this for gaming, the speakers sound great and BASS can rattle walls. This is great system to help immerse me more.

I bought this computer 500 watt speaker system by Logitech to replace an older model that was making it difficult to modulate the volume of the speakers. I am not a computer wiz but putting it together was a charm as the directions were easy to follow. I enjoy listening to surround sound music and this system allows me to hear discretely. The speakers are terrific and you can get different effects using the small remote. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

My old Z506 speakers finally died after about a decade of constant use. These are SO costly and don't seem to benefit from a separate tweeter. I tried Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 and while they sound great for gaming and video they really need a center channel. These sound fantastic. In fact, almost transparent. I hoped more applications would support Dolby Digital or Dolby Live but Win 10 and 11 abandoned this. I use both the optical connection and the regular (color coded pc jacks). They sound identical but the Optical will send uncompressed audio from DVD's and .mkv video files and the light will show it is decoding the stream. Otherwise unless you use a very old Realtek driver or have a Soundblaster Z soundcard you will have to live with "3D audio" which is still pretty great. As far as far as gaming goes the positional audio is great even without paying for a Dolby codec. Are they worth almost $400?? Well they don't sound much better than the $100-$150 Z506. You do get a decoder and a digital input as well as multiple inputs, so if money is no object this is the way to go.

This is the best speaker system made for a gaming computer for the price on the market. The satellite speakers are missing a tweeter, but it not that noticeable. I use mine for a 5.1 surround soundbar for my 4k Samsung TV. Sounds 1000% better than ANY soundbar I have tested!
