I am so enjoying this speaker system. I installed in in my home office where I connect it to the desk top computer, a Blue Tooth receiver and a Television. I use the Blue Tooth device to play music from my iphone.

Was excited after hooking these speakers up, the sound was very decent for the price, albeit lacking in treble. Almost 48 hours after receiving these speakers, both the Rear Left and Rear Right channels stopped producing sound under any circumstances.
I tried everything I could during troubleshooting but there was no sound signal coming from the Rear Left or Rear Right inputs on the back of the sub (confirmed by holding Input on the remote to test individual speaker connectivity). All individual speakers would work if they were connected to Center, Front Left, or Front Right channels; no individual speakers would work if they were connected to Rear Left or Rear Right channels. This comes down to bad amp channels through poor design, poor build quality, or both.
I'll be returning these and saving for better build quality and speakers that can produce a decent treble frequency. If you don't get a lemon like I did, I'm sure you'll be pleased with your purchase.
Thanks to BestBuy for getting the speakers to me in less than a week during the holidays. That is the only star I can give.
Hello BGB, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the 5.1 500 W Speaker System - iPod Supported. The speakers do come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty. Here's a link: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025075973-Warranty-Speaker-System-Z906. Also here, you can find a link to troubleshooting FAQs. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going well. Thank you for choosing Logitech. - Richard from Logitech

The speakers are a little tinny for my taste but the best available for my price range.

Good evening, I made a purchase with you. the order number is BBY01-806647742743. I have a home theater in the order and this week my new house was delivered to me and I connected it today but the bass does not sound, I would like to know if you can help me? Well, I took it out of its box until today and all the speakers are working well, but the bass is NOT. The only problem I have is that since I'm organizing my move, I imagined that everything was working fine and I threw the box away.
Thanks for your feedback. We regret to know that the product did not meet your expectations. We'll make sure to share it with the right team so they can look into it.

Very Poor Quality, Electrical/Fire Hazard

Only static once all 5.1 speakers connected (tested speakers individually and they worked). It worked however in 2.1.
Back metal plate of subwoofer would get really hot while system was on and not even playing sound. I could feel an electrical charge/shock when touching the screws on back of subwoofer so the entire chassis has a electrical/grounding issue.
When reading reading reviews (check other sites too) I suggesting sorting by one star and you will see a bunch of people are having the same issues.
I am done with Logitech, their quality has really gone down over the years.
