Does not hold Bluetooth connection while on phone

Only major gripe is that Bluetooth disconnects when connected to phone. It happened once and thought it was a fluke, but it consistently happens even when changing to the latest iphone

Not Worth the Money

The noise cancellation level isn’t customizable so I often feel like I’m screaming since I can barely hear myself talking nor can I hear my own background noise to prevent me shouting on a call. I thought this feature would aid the receiver to not hear my background noise but it seems to be the opposite. I’m often told the sound quality is terrible and has static feedback. When I use a simpler headset I no longer have issues. Not worth the price.

Sound Is Great, Mic Not So Much

I shared my screen so everyone could help me troubleshoot but nothing we did helped. All settings showed the mic had no reason to no longer work. I tried for 2 days to fix the issue, bc I really didn’t want to return this product. Oh well.
