This was a nice toast of champagne to a series with such great potential to endure. It was taken to soon from the small screen.

The "Looking" DVD was an excellent Blu-Ray to buy because you also got a digital copy which was excellent to catch up in time for Season 2 which started on HBO the week after the DVD was available. I erased it off my Tivo as soon as I purchased the disc. The series itself is excellent. It is well-written and actually seems like the characters could really exist. The San Francisco setting and all the location photography is absolutely beautiful. They really film it there - at least the outdoor scenes. San Francisco is one of my favorite cities and the show makes you appreciate the locations. The acting is excellent in all cases. If you love San Francisco and well-written gay stories: Looking is for you.

Looking was criminally underrated and misunderstood. Only running 2 honest, raw, unique seasons on HBO, and concluding with a emotional knockout of a finale movie, it will be missed and will find a new life on the shelf. This blu-ray encompasses every episode of the show and the movie with a beautiful A/V delivery and audio commentaries on 16 of the 18 episodes. The commentaries are fun, but sadly the movie, which is the apex of the Looking experience, has no special features. if you love the show - grab this! If you're looking quality, honest TV about real people living a real life dealing with real struggles - grab this!

I am a huge fan of LGBT themed entertainment and have not been so engrossed in a show since Queer as Folk. Season one was a great start. Season 2 was even better. Sad it has been cancelled but excited for the feature length movie. Even though it is only 2 seasons long, if you want a great show, watch Looking!

I saw Episode 3 from season 1 while at a friends place and was hooked! The show is refreshing to see a group of gay guys going through day to day relationship issues with work, friends and lovers. The show is well acted and touching so I HAD to add it to my home collection to have.

FINALLY a realistic and fun, sexy series about modern gay men! I really enjoy this series and cant wait for the next season! Jonathan Groff is such a nice guy - I met him in London and he was genuinely warm and compassionate to his fans! A+ in my book!

This is a must have for any member of the gay community! The realistic way in which it deals with issues is refreshing. Sad that this show got canceled.

this first season was a great start. looking forward to getting season 2 on dvd and the start of season 3

I don't have cable, however bought this series without seeing it, I am very satisfied with the writing, acting and quality of the show.

Even tho I love queer as folk, this show is so much better. Episodes too short and short season but I'd recommend.

Group of gay friends living their lives in San Francisco...very relatable show to my own life...I highly recommend!
