What is the point of pre-ordering (months in advance), if the item is still not available, with no update when it will be ready to pick up. Also pre-ordered Spiderman 2 for pick up at the same location-wonder if that will get delayed as well.

What's the sense in pre-ordering months in advance if the product dos not get to you on release day.
