Solid Photography Bag

My previous backpack was small and did not hold my equipment properly so I went out in search of a new one. I didn't realize Best Buy sold these until I happened to be window shopping one day and ran across this bag. I ended up picking it up to give it a try and I have found that it has worked better than expected.
The bag is configurable so I took advantage of this and managed to fit 2 DSLR camera bodies, one 80-300 lens, one 50mm lens and one 18 to 85mm lens along with a flash and my macbook. Also utilized the pockets for various filters and utilizing the side strap I have been able to hang my tripod so it is all on my back.
Now keep in mind carrying this around is a bit heavy but everything fits with no issues and I have no worries that the bag will pop open.
Overall it is a solid bag and I would recommend it to anyone in the market for a new photo bag.

This backpack is well-made and oh so practical for travel, which is why I purchased it in the first place. It holds my full-size laptop as well as my camera and my most important photographic accessories. Sturdy and comfortable, too.

I bought this bag to protect a new Canon 70D camera body, two lenses, a flash, several batteries, and some memory cards, along with assorted accessories like battery chargers, etc. I also wanted something that would protect my iPad when I could not lock it away in the hotel safe during the days. I had read reviews both here and other sites of bags that did not hold up over time, that either had the fabric rip, or zippers break. This bag held its own and then some. I was a little more rough with the bag than I care to admit, yet it protected my gear perfectly, all zippers returned home in working order, and the fabric of the bag looks as if it were brand new.
The bag also has a large area to carry other items (non-camera related, if needed). At times I had a jacket stuffed in it, and other times I had my noise cancelling headphones, and things I would need on a plane or bus. The strap that would be used to keep a tripod attached to the bag was especially useful for me to hold my airplane neck-pillow while navigating the airports.
The only negative (if you can call it that), is that I wish the documentation were clear as to where the protective "rain hood" was for this bag. It took me a while to figure it out that it was under the bag, and not fully detachable (presumably to prevent it from being misplaced/lost), and in its own little pocket.
Overall, this is a very nice bag with many possibilities. I would highly recommend anyone looking for this size bag to get it.

I looked long and hard at a variety of camera backpacks on a variety of websites. I watched videos and read online reviews. In the end, I believe that the "right" or "best" camera backpack is as unique as the photographer and his or her collection of equipment. For me, this was the "right" and "best" backpack for my needs and desires.
I wanted a backpack that would handle most (if not close to all) of my equipment. (Note: I shoot with a Canon EOS R, for what it is worth.) I wanted to feel like my equipment would be nicely padded and protected. I wanted a backpack that would have extra little compartments to hold other (smaller) accessories--like memory cards and card reader adapters, etc. I wanted a backpack that would allow me to bring my laptop and iPad if I felt like having either (or both) would be advisable ... and I wanted those devices to also be nicely padded and protected. I wanted a rainfly option. I wanted thick, yet comfortable, shoulder and hip straps. I wanted a way to quickly access my camera from the backpack and quickly return and secure it within the backpack. I wanted a place to store additional items (like clothing or jackets or snacks). This backpack had it all and I don't think I could love it more.

It has so many compartments. And my camera is definitely protected by all the nice cushion inside. I currently have four lenses and the body of my Sony A7IV and it all fits very well.
Con: it does get very hot against my back but a pro is it’s nice a cushioned in the back area.

I will start by saying this backpack is not for everyone. It's pretty expensive and there are better ones for cheaper prices. That being said I got it for a couple reasons. It has slot of storage. Enough space for a camera with grip. Multiple lenses, flash and anything else you need. On top of all that it has a large compartment on the top for a telephoto or any other personal item. It will also fit a laptop and Tablet in the back. The only problem is that the straps aren't extremely comfortable when it's fully loaded. I love that it has a rain coat on the bottom. I bought it to travel with and so far it's done the job well. Because of how heavy it gets I usually use the luggage straps and set it on top of my suitcase to roll it around.

So let me start off with the quality of this bag.
It is GREAT.
Next let me talk about the storage.
So you could probably fit up to 2 cameras w/ lens attached if you finessed the space.
But if you only want to use it for 1 camera w/ lens and a back up with out perfect space for it.
But with that said most telephotos will not fit. Unless it's a zoom and even then I am not entirely sure.
Out side of that with the tripod on the bag and around my shoulders the weight distribution is great really the straps help out quite a lot so if you go with this bag and if you have idk more then 5lbs of gear use the straps it is worth it.
Also it comes with a rain cover so if the weather takes a bad turn or so.

This backpack is great. Plenty of room for my Sony Alpha 6000 and extras lenses. Holds my tripod well. Comfortable to carry with the chest and hip straps. Like the open area above the padded camera area allows for snacks and a light jacket. Loops on shoulder straps allow a carribiner or clip for carrying my water bottle by the loop.

I am very pleased with this backpack. Its design distributes the weight very well. The straps and back are cushioned in a thoughtful fashion. The interior compartment for storing the camera gear can be adjusted to accommodate different bodies and lenses, etc. It has an outside easy access zipper to reach one main camera quickly without taking the whole cover off. I like the rain jacket that is stored in the bottom of the pack. I was also glad to see my little Sirui tripod fit in the pouch and strap on the side of the backpack. It is comfortable with a full load. The waist and chest straps are a plus and are adjustable. Well designed and built backpack for hiking around without the eventual pain caused by a shoulder bag style of camera bag. There is a flat pocket on the back for a laptop or tablet. Also a storage spot above the camera gear area. Other pockets, too. I have always liked LowePro and was glad to find this at a BestBuy store near me. And they matched the B&H Photo price!

I'm a relentless researcher when it comes to bags, and this one has unexpectantly become one of my favorites, (if not my favorite). With its multiple compartments, handy organization & comfortable padding, it safely holds a significant amount of gear comfortably. In the bottom compartment alone I'm able to carry a Canon Mark III 5d with an attached 70-200, 35mm, 100mm, 2 600EX II-RT Speedlights, and an LCD light. On the outside bottom flap - an ND fliter, in the top compartments: a small purse, a large phone, a hard drive, and other bits and pieces (like keys, pens, sunglasses, extra camera battery & battery charger). And last but not least, a 15" Macbook in back. This seems pretty phenomenal considering its relatively small size and level of comfort - particularly since I'm a short woman, and not particularly strong. For times when I need to carry any more equipment than the aforementioned, I use a roller bag instead as it would be just too much weight to manage on my shoulders in any bag. I would recommend at this point without reservation.

I bought this recently for my T5i Dslr as it was getting tough to use a shoulder bag while hiking.
It has been satisfying to use this bag till now. I recently took it while hiking. It has lots of spaces for camera equipment and also your personal belongings. Only thing I wish it had was a better way to store a tripod though it is still manageable. If you are looking to purchase a camera bag, go for it.

Great backpack for someone needing to carry a lot of equipment. Only issue is that my Tamron 70-200 fits snug. Lots of pockets to store all of your gear.
