I have two cameras, a Nikon D90 and. Sony a6000, four lenses and battery chargers for both cameras, all in the main compartment. The small outside pocket has lots of room for batteries, SD cards and other small items. The only negative is the carrying straps hide the zippers that open the equipment area. It wouldn't stop me from buying this bag because this is a strong, solid bag with loads of room.

Really no need to write a long review....this bag is really nice for shooting photos on the go. It has ample storage for the average photographer. Things I like the most are the tripod carrier and the built in rain cover. It's a little more than most bags pricewise (though still very affordable) but you definitely get what you pay for with this one.

Good backpack, nice features include built in rain cover, sturdy hip suspension belt, and well padded interior. Lots of pockets for gear and cables and such. Only con is the pack could open a little further at the bottom , as it is, the lower or bottom portion of the pack is a tight fit. But overall, is easy to carry for a extended hike or a long day shooting an event.

The features are so cool, has all the room for all the differing lenses, accessories, even had bi pod straps to load on back of pack! probably even two bases! even help defend against theft by only opening from the inside back, so you would feel if someone was rummaging through your gear!

Good choice if flip side is for you!

Well constructed and definitely protects the contents well. I'm still not sure how I feel about the "flip side" aspect. Great for work around standing water. Well protected during transport in city where snatch and grab might be an issue. But using flip side opens the whole side of the bag. Flip side not best choice if you primarily use the bag for transport to site and then work with it off. So, try it on in the store and do the flip open several times to be sure it works for how you plan to use it. Good tripod attachment & rain cover. Probably never wear out.

The rear opening isn't a bad idea except that the zippers are really tough to get at some times. The real problem with the bag is the lack of depth for equipment. None of my Nikon bodies fit inside if they gave a grip attached to them.

I have 2 camera bodies, a flash, and several lenses that all fit nicely into this bag. It's is perfect size for my height (the 500 version would have been too big). Love the fact that you don't have to take the bag completely off to get to your gear, especially when the ground is wet or muddy.

I purchased this bag when I bought my camera and found I can fit a lot of gear and lens in it as well as 2 cameras with the lens on them! It is a backpack style which is better for travel than the shoulder sling.

I was looking for a bag that would hold my full frame and my trinity of lenses, but small enough to travel with comfortably. I really like this bag for that reason. You have to be slightly creative to carry all the gear with a full-frame set up. But, it works very well. Lowepro has lived up to it's name with high quality zippers, excellent padding, and durable material. Opening up the bag is a bit strange at first, but then becomes second nature. It's kind of nice to have this as a slight security feature so nobody can just unzipped your stuff while you are traveling.

It holds my two camera bodies and my five lenses easily. One of the lenses is a long telephoto even. It has plenty of other storage room and holds a tripod. You can even access your gear without taking the bag totally off.

I got this bag on sale for $135 so that made it a great value. Even with it mostly loaded the straps never dig into your shoulders. Love all the pockets that come with it and the security of the main compartment being on the inside of the bag.

Purchased this backpack for a trip to Colorado. Was perfect for day hikes, allowing me to carry all the equipment (camera(s), lenses, filters, speed light, tripod, etc) I could possibly need along with plenty of room for water and other personal items (rain jacket, phone, snacks, etc.) Super comfortable to wear, even for my petite frame, and very versatile. Love that it is easy to change lenses/filters without setting the pack on the ground. Probably a bit bulky for everyday use, but as I said, perfect for longer hikes.
