This camera bag was the result of a 2 hour search for a bag that looked more like a purse, so as to be unobtrusive when necessary to blend in and make people comfortable about being photographed. The bag arrived on time at the studio and was packaged well. I went to open the bag to place the Lumix DMC -GX7 camera I had just bought in it to make sure that it would hold the camera,1 extra lens and the camera battery charger. The clasps were frozen solid and would not compress to allow them to slide underneath the metal clip and come out so the camera bag top could open. I tried several times, before succeeding. I had turned the bag investigating problem, and noticed that the bottom of the bag was not clean. It had stains and the edged around some of the stitching seemed to have been on the floor or something. This bag cost 169.00. Not sure what to do about the stains. Most things I get from Best Buy more than meet my needs and expectations.
