Good but over priced. When you buy an appliance, you should check to see what yearly maintenance costs will be. For refrigerators, that would be the cost of filters.

Beware of bootleg filters online. There are many. This filter is original equipment . Unfortunately it doesn’t last as long as they say but we do use it a lot. They are pricey.

Only 6mo.s of use, for a rather pricy item. Required though..for good water quality. Just make sure it fits your LG refrigerator! A quick call to LG CS will confirm!

I called the store and asked if they had the product and they had one in stock. They said they would hold it for me so I paid for it by credit card and was told that I should come to the store and park in the designated area. I was then told to call the store when I got there and give them a description of my car and what parking stall I was in. A few minutes later someone came to our car and put the product down on the ground 6 feet away from us. That was perfectly fine. I picked it up and put it in our back seat. It was a very smooth transaction.
