They said they would hold it for me so I paid for it by credit card and was told that I should come to the store and park in the designated area. I was then told to call the store when I got there and give them a description of my car and what parking stall I was in. A few minutes later someone came to our car and put the product down on the ground 6 feet away from us. That was perfectly fine. I picked it up and put it in our back seat. It was a very smooth transaction.

Hard to install but it works
