    It works but in order to get physical not battery powered three way switch you have to buy the pro version of this switch . Otherwise your using your pick remote as the second switch

    Complete kit, works great and limited to distance, if u have 2 story house, it will not reach second floor. My x10 system could use remote from any floor lever, surprised lutron did not strengthen the signal via the electric wires and as antenas like x10 from 35 years ago.
