    Wall dimmer Switch and remote easy to install but smart hub is a nightmare. It needs to update (takes 8-15 minutes) just to tell you there was an error and "try again later". Spent a whole day troubleshooting it/ updating it and trying everything to get it to work but Lutron support just has you going in endless loops of updating and changing wifi settings, restarting, waiting etc. As long as you don’t want to use an app to control your lights, it works, but you are better off getting a regular dimmer or just the dimmer and remote.

    Yes, it’s more expensive than some of the app/WiFi controller products offered by other companies but you get what you pay for. Integration is seamless. Applications are limitless. I will be purchasing MANY more Caseta products soon.
