Mel Gibson, Australia's favorite son stars in the sequel to Mad Max. Road Warrior retains all the mood and atmosphere of the original while pushing the envelope further by adding a more enveloping plot.

The quality of the transfer to Blu-ray makes the DVD edition appears dark and muddied. This Blu-ray edition and the related increase in resolution made a huge difference in how the movie, especially the high action scenes are perceived.

This is the second installment of the Mad Max Trilogies. Really good movie. But I'm one of those people that rather like the first movie compared to it's sequel. But this film is still great!

Once Max has been made mad in the first film of the trilogy he's wandering the waste land trying to survive and is forced to pick sides. Payback ensues, revenge achieved, enemies vanquished!

Road Warrior never had CGI the benefits of CGI that even mostly-practical films have access to nowadays, and it still delivers a fun, auto-mashing thrill ride by modern standards.

The Road Warrior is one of Mel Gibson's best Science Fiction films. Action, drama, and Gun fights abound. I highly recommend this film. I would consider it a must see for any Sci-Fi lover.

This movie is superb. Mel Gibson is at his best playing the anti hero we love to watch in action. And unlike the 2015 version, this is mostly about the title character. A must see.

The film that really launched George Miller's career outside of Australia. More accessible than the first Mad Max and better than Beyond Thunderdome. Great post apocalyptic action.

Great picture and sound quality, great movie as well

When you think of end-of-the-world films, this is one of the films you think of. Another classic example of the sequel surpassing the original, i.e. Empire Strikes Back, T-2 and Aliens.

This is the first movie i can think of with Mel Gibson in it and the only movie from Australia i could think of other than Romper Stomper(Russel Crowe). This is way better love the Revenge scenes hate the Wife and kid scenes. Gotta watch it to find out.

The beginning to a story that has evolved into a great series. This one started it all... And if you like sci fi and action adventure... This is one for you.

The Road Warrior practically rewrote the book on car chases and is one of the best action movies ever made. If you watch just one Mad Max movie this is the one to watch.
