great fun game with great graphics and easy to play

Great game! Love the graphics and the new features

The game isn't perfect, but this is the best gameplay Madden has had in a long time! It finally feels like there is a significant gap between elite starters and 3rd string players. Run blocking still has its problems, but overall, the game plays much better than last year and is a good step in the right direction.

The face of the franchise is my new favorite game play. Some of the Franchise bugs from 2019 do not exist in this latest edition, so I can rack up the stats in franchise mode without the game freezing in the 4th quarter. Updated players, same great game play and graphic I am accustomed to with this franchise.

As always, EA turns out another great football simulation in Madden 20. Love the QB1 feature, and it's fun to play a career mode in this way. I'm not as hooked on the online/Madden Ultimate Team as most others, and that's where EA continues to put in its time, neglecting Franchise mode to keep it exactly the same as last year. Overall, a big fan of the gameplay and EA did a bang-up job once again!

Unfortunately this is the only football game that can be played on any console similar to MLB the show only available on PS4. So if you want to play football Madden is only place to play at. This year's Madden seems to be a little bit more fluid and faster gameplay then previous Editions. The graphics are not up to par with NBA 2K series but still a good-looking game and I would rather play this game rather than that game any day.

Another good madden game. I’m not a fan of the emphasis on MUT, but I still like it overall.

The programmers improved some of the issues gamers had with 2019, and made the game more true to form. True, the running quarterbacks are unusually tough to stop in this version but they cleaned up much of the other quirks such as running the same play too often will end in disaster.

I've been buying Madden every year from 92'. I know its not perfect and some gameplay aspects need work but it's an overall solid football game. The presentation needs a major facelift. Stick skills are back finally, unlike last year when the CPU took over for you. Animations are still the driving force in this game so I hope one day they will introduce physics behind them. The defense adjustments take some getting use to. But once you do, it becomes 2nd nature. Alot of suction tackles and super human LB's are gone, which is a good sign. It helps with the new passing trajectories. Yes the game is more than just a roster update. The QB1 is ok and great to see College football back, I've been back and forth between that mode and online ranked. The controlling of players is very responsive and fun again. So now if you make mistakes on Defense, it's you and same on Offense, Nothing feels better than picking off a Pass with your defender or controlling your receiver on offense when floating the ball. It feels fun again and that's the bottom line. It's not perfect but it feels great to play with your favorite team and win. I hope this review helps with your decision.

I don't buy Madden every year because the game is mostly the same every year same goes for NBA 2K. The last Madden game I bought was 18 with the GOAT Tom Brady on the cover! I purchased Madden 20 for updated roster and slight improvements in graphics which the meets those needs.

Having grown up playing old games like Tecmo Bowl and the original Madden games, it pretty cool to see the evolution of this series. The graphics are amazing and I was blown away to see how the roster on the game mirrored exactly what was happening during the current NFL year.

Year after year, Madden football continues to excite me, and year after year I pick it up on release day. This year’s game is another solid release and a must have for hardcore football fans or Madden fans. If you aren’t a gamer that requires “new” sports games every year like myself, you may be happy with continuing to play Madden 19 as this game doesn’t seem to be that much different than Madden 20.

The game is great but when playing online if you or your opponent have connecting issues the screen will break away indicating that it's reconnecting which can be annoying. Also the EA servers need some geek squad help.

I love the NFL. I buy Madden every year, and this year is a nice change. The style of play has slowed down a bit, so it’s not so arcade-like. Faster players break away from slower ones, and it feels more realistic. The franchise mode got updated and it feels better. It’s not perfect and everyone knows about the license agreement, but it’s a solid game if you want NFL football.

I PLAY IN 6 FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUES THIS YEAR AND I WAS SO EXCITED SO I BOUGHT THIS GAME SO THAT I PLAY WITH MY PLAYERS AND GIVE THEM WEEKLY PREGAMES SPEECHES FOR WHEN THEY GO OUT AND PLAY THE REAL GAME IN REAL LIFE. THIS IS THE PERFECT GAME FOR SPORTS JUNKIES.

I love Madden 20. I especially love the custom rosters and ability to mix the playbooks. I still play this game weekly and am not sure if the new Madden will be able to beat this one. I have been playing Madden since the original game came out.

Game good except glitches and had to be reloaded. Lost all built progress

Yes it’s a sports game yes it looks similar to last years game, but boy oh boy does the X factor really “factor” in this review. The X factor system has made the game unique and fun again and gives you the opportunity to really feel what superstars are like.

Son asked for this for Christmas. This is our first Madden game, and really the first football game since I played Bill Walsh’s College Football. Needless to say, graphics are significantly better than Bill Walsh’s! Lots of fun, kept us up too late.

I like madden, great game. Never disappoints and very realistic.
