Madden 20 it gets better every year ! I look forward to many more

I got this for my son and I to play. We both love football and absolutely enjoy playing on our 4K tv.

After the disaster that was Madden 19, it is great to see that EA took some time to do some serious tweaking to Madden 20. From the animations to the overall player control, the game has a familiar feel to it. And that's a good thing. The old Madden games were fun to play, in my opinion due to the level of player control you were given. However, that level of control seemed to come to an end when the Real Player Motion and True Step animations became the norm. Well, I am happy to say that after logging several hours so far on Madden 20, that tight player control that made Madden the fun game it was years ago, is back! It hasn't felt this good to hit a hole with a speedy back in a long time or catch a pass in stride with an All-Pro receiver. The gameplay feels more authentic because of the variation that you experience from player to player. It is very refreshing to see a noticeable difference between your starters and your 2nd or 3rd string players. The ratings do matter. In the past versions of Madden, it didn't seem to matter, but now, it does and it's GREAT! Graphics are amazing. The sound has been tweaked as well. Especially the crowd reactions when a big play is made along with what sounds like the actual QB voices coming through during their pre-snap cadence. Overall, I am very excited to really get into this season and experience the various gameplay enhancements that have been implemented this year. The only thing that would make this game truly amazing, would have been the addition of a real time physics engine. The tackling and overall player animations have been improved nicely, but they are still physics based animations and not real time physics, (i.e. the Backbreaker Football Series.) It's not a complaint, but just a something I hope is in the works for the future of the Madden franchise. If you skipped 19 due to all of the negative reviews, you definitely want to check 20 out. You will enjoy it!

Madden improves every year and this year is a lot of fun so far. One of the huge improvements is, When you play Ultimate Team you can go from one challenge to the next challenge much easier, and get all the coins / winnings after you finish the whole sequence. In the past, You needed to finish the game and then collect everything, and then go to the next challenge. With loading time and everything, It took forever. This is a great improvement. Online gaming is much better now since you are getting killed it will ask you if you want to concede defeat instead of getting killed for 4 quarters and having no fun at all. If you are in the market for a fun game, Madden is a great choice. I am just waiting for NCAA College Football to come back now and I will be happy camper.

Best madden in a very long time. Many different modes to get the full experience Too bad they didn’t continue the long shot series that’s the only let down.

Madden 20 is the most vital, energetic sports game in the history of the franchise. The realism and maneuverability of all of the players is a fascinating upgrade to last year and when you think about it, this game is a culmination of all the games that came before it... allowing novice and experienced players the opportunity to feel what the gridiron must really feel like on a Sunday afternoon. No wonder so many professional players value their representation in the game. This Madden is sure to please the avid fan or the occasional visitor to sports gaming.

If you enjoyed Madden 19 then you will Love Madden 20. Kept a lot of the same features just added the pro bowl. E A SPORTS... IT'S IN THE GAME!!!!!

This is an awesome game for anyone young or old who loves football! It is so realistic if feels like you are there! It is a great game

Updated version. Has all the new players, streamlined franchise mechanics. Only disappointment so far has been the commentary, it’s not fresh the majority of it is being reused from previous versions.

This Madden is worth the buy. Gameplay is way better and fun again. QB1 is a little easy but still overall a great game.

We are playing the game and love the effects and how real it seems. The only thing was setting up the system!!!1 UGH

Another year, another Madden. The QB1, is an added fun factor. They fixed and updated the game, to make it more realistic. If you enjoy playing Madden, you will enjoy this years game.

MUT is so much fun, FOTF is 2k15 level bad, but the gameplay has improved so much compared to recent years

So many new changes some for the good and some for the bad. Good changes new interface at home screen. Takes a bit to find things at first. New Franchise mode. Which is fun if the person does not like to play MUT (Madden Ultimate Team). SOLOS are now Challenges. More and longer Challenges that range from easy to hard. The player picks his skill level for each Challenge. The bad.... after every new launch of a game gameplay has lots of bugs. Choppy scenes, bad over thrown easy passes, falling down for no reason ect. Most Challenges are too long full 3 or 4 minute games. All in all it could be good if bugs get fixed.

Engaging and realistic game- I thought my son was watching football not playing it! He loves it!

Of course there’s a new madden out. But as with each year it feels like the same old (only) kid on the block. Year year brings refinement or another reason too upgrade as well as being a fun way too show your team spirit. The inclusion of the new qb1 (replaces long-shot story mode from the previous two games) that takes you from college too then being drafted depending on your skill is great addition.

Good game. Better than last year. Graphics are clean. Controls are much better than last year. A few minor changes but nothing major.

The 2020 version of Madden does not disappoint! The graphics continue to improve and the game flow is rock solid. MUT is still really cool. I’d of like to have seen the player ratings for me beloved Eagles be hire but I’m sure that will happen during the season as they dominate. Overall, you will love your purchase of madden 20.

This game is a lot better than I expected. I stopped buying madden a while ago because it’s been the same garbage game for multiple years, but I missed it and wanted to give this one a chance. Despite the usual engine and gameplay errors this is a fun game. I rarely even recommend madden, but I’d recommend this one.
