So I recently took the plunge and grabbed this pack, and I've gotta say it's been a pretty solid for someone like me, just dipping their toes into the sometimes daunting world of MUT. At a fiver, it's really an easy decision. Let's be real, starting from scratch can feel like an uphill battle, especially when you're going head to head with folks who've been grinding away for ages which is not my case. Well this pack gives you a nice little boost right out of the gate with 22 gold players and 2 elite players, which, in my experience, made a noticeable difference in my team's performance. I went from struggling with a roster full of mediocre players to actually feeling somewhat competitive in solo battles and even some casual online matches, and the redemption process was a breeze, I just punched in the code, and boom, my new players were ready to roll, it's worth noting that these players are non auctionable and non tradeable, so you're not going to be flipping them for coins, but honestly, for a beginner, that's not a huge deal. The gold players helped fill out my roster nicely, and those two elite players, they're the real MVPs, making those clutch plays that were just plain impossible with my initial lineup. Look, this pack isn't going to magically transform you into a weekend league champion overnight, but it does give you a fighting chance without having to spend hours grinding for coins or dropping a ton of cash on packs. I think of it like a shortcut to respectability, or at least it was in my case, if you're new to madden ultimate team, or maybe you're just a casual player who doesn't have endless hours to dedicate to the game, this pack is absolutely worth the price of a fancy coffee. It's a low-risk, high reward kind of deal that made the game instantly more fun for me. I'd say the biggest benefit, aside from the obvious on field improvements, is the confidence boost it gave me, as suddenly I wasn't dreading every match, knowing I was likely to get stomped. So if you're on the fence, and especially if you're a MUT newbie I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot. It might be the little nudge you need to really get into the game and enjoy the grind toward building your team.
