Madden is my favorite and the Graphics get better every game

It's a step up from 22, but they're just taking baby steps because there's no competition. I still enjoyed it though!

Madden 23 for the ps5 is awesome and fun to play…..

What can i say about madden 23 its way better than madden 22 so much easier to move the player around the field so much funner to play now still need a little work on it i give it a 8 at a 10 hope there keep putting up date on 23 to make it better

Just got madden 23 ps5 version, they really made a lot of changes to game in which I do like. The graphics are amazing, the mechanics are way different from madden 22. EA still need to make some patches to 23 but overall a lot better than the previous years. It will take some time to get use to the new mechanics.

Great graphics and game play, controls took little bit to get down but they're awesome once you get used to it

Still getting into it but improved over the past 2 years in terms of playability. Lots of modes and fun to play. The past couple of Maddens I tried were boring to play and offered no controls over my franchise and I quickly lost interest. M23 improves on all these complaints, but could still be better. I didn’t buy this at release date and only paid $30 for the game. Also I’m aware EA has made numerous patches to improve the game after release and the initial release is why the game has such terrible reviews. Honestly EA should spend more time testing and refining the game prior to release instead of using early adopters as unpaid beta testers leading to those terrible reviews. Graphically, beautiful. Controls are smooth and responsive and on PS5 feature haptic feedback with the XSX version having almost no vibration. When you are playing football you expect to feel those hits and tackles, so the lack of feedback on the XSX is a huge negative. Game looks the same on both consoles. (I have Ultimate Game Pass on XSX, bought the game for PS5.). I enjoy the game and recommend picking it up on sale for PS5

Easily the most fun I’ve had in Madden for the last decade. Franchise is fun, has more specificities and the ability to tweak things, and gives you ways to be creative! Super Star mode is a wonderful surprise! It’s a huge step away and improvement from what was face of the franchise. Again, an LOT of customizations, from what you wear, to the celebrations you can attach to your player when you get a first, touchdown, etc. To me, it’s very nostalgic and reminds me of older NBA 2k games and their career mode experience. You feel like a baller and can look like one too! Ultimate team seems to still be the same core game mode but I will give props for the gameplay improvements that have made players and play styles more balanced. You don’t necessarily feel the need to conform to metas and you can just have fun with the players you want. (Player overalls still remains king of course and the game mode is still primarily there to push for extra spending on packs but that’s all up to you.) Pass knockouts, aggressive catches, and interception are probably at the healthiest balance I’ve seen…well ever. Positioning is key and that’s exactly how it should be. This year swatting in 1v1 situations is the smart thing to do while being aggressive about picks does come with a risk of being mossed in a realistic way. I’m not denying that there are some inconveniences. The movement between menus and modes is noticeably quite slow, there is occasionally still some server wonky-ness and player wonky-ness, though it’s quite less frequent than last year. Another complaint would be many people want to have more control over sim situations, franchise/team branding (from scratch), and player face model editing over all modes. In conclusion, this Madden is worth the buy, especially if you are a big fan of football and know you’ll spend time in multiple of the game modes provided. A lot of people are rating this game blindly or with short tempers and it’s leading to LARGE biases. I can understand the lingering feelings from past Maddens affecting opinions but, this game has been great for me so far. I’ve listed all the reasons why with logic above. I advise you to be cautious of bias, unwarranted hate for this game that lacks real explanations. Hope you enjoy the game also!

Love it!! Especially the owners mode in franchise. I love the fact that they added more features and better graphics. Now Im patiently awaiting the new NCAA football game!
