Good for the cost

Great commercial GPS

Was able to track the truck stops and how many miles away. Short cuts , back roads. Great if you are OTR Driver

Arranges many stops in order

Husband can work it

He is a truck driver and can pick the easiest route. Also likes experimenting with it (or as I would call it playing with it) .

Don't Bother
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this for exactly one month ..Very unhappy , the speed limit warning is incorrect and then it stays at that speed never changes back . At first it saved addresses now it wont save nothing . Takes you on no truck routes then sends you down streets downtown areas where you should not be ..I down loaded there Magellan support and now I have pop ups and computer problems .. Stay Clear .!!

Magellan 3045LM Think before you buy

The "bubble" of Content Mgr (CM) tells me their are "map updates available" then when I try to download updates CM says unit is up to date WHILE the "bubble" is still showing and says there ARE updates. Magellan has been ignoring mt 8 emails and a phone call. Dealing with the problem for 25 days now. NOT happy with their customer service. To bad they don't live up to the name.!
