Works excellent lot of power good price I must have in a house with little space

I had to return this, as I did not thoroughly read the description. Delivery was timely and customer service was great.

I sent mine back. It smelled like they tried to dry a skunk in the dryer. My clothes smelled the same way after being dried. Just awful!

It is the very drier that I wanted, does every thing that I needed.

Took it out of the box in great condition, plugged it in and it came on but the drum does not go around. Now I have to try to get it back into the box to take it to get it fixed.

This little dryer works great. I bought the Magic Chef compact washer and this dryer matches it perfectly. Very compact in size and light weight, so small that it's too low when it's sitting on the ground, but could be put on low shelf or table. I used the original box with a rug to raise it off the floor and now it's a perfect setup. Cord may need an extension if not next to the outlet. It allows you to attach an external venting tube, but does not come with the tube. It has a small elbow pipe that comes with and attaches to the back. I the indoor heat it makes especially in this winter time.

First one arrived damaged and dealing with Best Buy hasn't been the best though the ended up shipping me out a new one. I had a Haier washer and dryer a few years ago and the dryer sucked!!! In that, it left the clothes damp...come to think of it, I had a Midea 2 in 1 and that sucked just as bad. I mean the whole purpose of a dryer whether combo or not is to dry your clothes one would assume, unless it's just me?! Anyhow, this, this little dryer actually drys your clothes!!! And the amount you spend at the laundry mat...coupled with the convenience of being able to do laundry at the drop of a pod...thank you Magic Chef! Oh and I bought the larger of the two, Magic Chef washer and it's awesome!

Works great for its size,dries five pair or jeans in one cycle and still fits in a small space.

So happy I purchased this space saving dryer. It works very well and it is quiet enough for me. :)

It does a good job, only thing I would change is I wish the wheels were a little bigger and easier to move around on my carpet. other than that I'm glad I made the purchase.

I had purchased a Magic Chef Portable Dryer that worked wonderfully for the first two months then it started thumping and no longer drying the clothes. I contacted Magic Chef as the dryer was under warranty. They scheduled a service call for the following week. The next day I got a call from A & E saying they could not make the scheduled day and wanted to reschedule for the following day. I said that was fine. The customer service person tried to schedule me and the system would not let her do it. So she tried three other days, with no luck. She put me on hold while she talked to a technician. Came back and said no problem. Tried to put in a service date again but with no luck. Put me on hold, this time for about 15 minutes, came back and told me that A&E no longer serviced my area and to contact Magic Chef for another service provider. Contacted Magic Chef and they said that they only authorized A&E to service their products. They are going to look into giving me a refund. Would rather have my dryer repaired as it was great while it worked. After doing some research found out that there are numerous complaints against A&E. Not a single positive review of them. So if you want a product that will be serviced - DON'T BUY MAGIC CHEF!

The dryer did not work at all. Nothing. So I called Magic Chef, and they sent a nice repair guy out. He said it was not repairable. Then when I called Magic Chef to let them know that, the woman in customer service there was rude. I will not ever do business with this company again. Best Buy, however, is allowing a return, and their people were so nice to talk to about it. I should have called them to begin with.
