    This DVD/VCR works great. It has only been a couple months we have had it. Everything works as it should. There is the option of recording television like in the good ole days, but that adapter is not included.

    first one purchased did not work properly, returned product to store and they ordered me a replacement. This one is working just fine, both the VHS and DVD parts.

    My original VHS player died. I have a fairly large library and thought it might be less expensive to find a new player than to switch my tapes to discs. My assumption was correct: the player was easy to hook up to my television (which I had also upgraded); the instructions for use were clear and easy to follow and the machine plays both tapes and discs with no fuss. It also fit neatly into the space designated for its use. Which is always nice.

    I bought this for my parents after after their old VCR/DVD player failed them. Setup is a snap, and my tech un-savvy mother finds it easy to use. Recommended for those who can't give up tapes.

    THIS DVD/VCR PLAYER WAS A GOOD VALUE. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET PLAYER LOCALLY SO I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED THAT BESTBUY HAD IT AVAILABLE IN LOCAL STORE OR ONLINE. IT PLAYS MY DVD/VCR'S TAPES WITH A GOOD QUALITY PICTURE.
