    To be able to play DVDs, VHS tapes, and CDs with just one imachine is great! And the price was so good I was able to get these Magnavox players for friends and family, too. We're all happy with their performance. Not a bad review in the bunch. Thank you.

    SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE "REFURBISHING" BECAUSE THE UNIT IS PLAGUED WITH AUDIO DROPOUTS AND VIDEO PIXILATIONS. PERHAPS THE LASER IS DIRTY OR WORSE. I HAVE AN IDENTICAL UNIT PURCHASED NEW AND IT PLAYS DVDs AND VHSs PERFECTLY.

    Still in box. We have not used it. Bought as a back-up VHS players are comming hard to find. We are sure it works fine. If you have a lot of VHS tapes like we do. Esp children ones we urge you to buy a back up and store it. Best buy was THE only place we could find one.

    Price was too good to be true. The only thing it is good for is playback of pre recorded tapes. Did not see any notice that the unit had no tuner.

    Set up player, and put in VHS tape. The sound of the machine working was so loud that it was conflicting with volume. Not a good experience.
