It is very simple just plug it in and its ready no set up neeeded at all. i can tell a difference in the picture quality with this upcoverting player versus a standard dvd player.

Great DVD Player for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price and picture is great through the HDMI, but through the other hi-def cables, picture looks much more grainy and I was definitely disappointed in it, but if you want a cost effective upconvert and are using HDMI, this is the way to go

Beware of specs
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this player because the specs on BestBuy's website say (or said, if they hopefully correct the mistakes): Inputs Include 1 HDMI, 1 composite video, 1 S-video and 1 RF. That is absolutely not true. There are no inputs to this DVD player (other than the DVD obviously). Can't comment on anything else as I returned without even powering it up (my only use for it would be if the inputs existed). I'm not related to Circuit City (RIP). Why do I need a nickname anyway?

cheap quality remote
