This dvd player is exceptional fot the price and is easy to use with full user player options on the front of it as well as the remote. It is very simple just plug it in and its ready no set up neeeded at all. i can tell a difference in the picture quality with this upcoverting player versus a standard dvd player.

Great price and picture is great through the HDMI, but through the other hi-def cables, picture looks much more grainy and I was definitely disappointed in it, but if you want a cost effective upconvert and are using HDMI, this is the way to go

I purchased this player because the specs on BestBuy's website say (or said, if they hopefully correct the mistakes): Inputs Include 1 HDMI, 1 composite video, 1 S-video and 1 RF. That is absolutely not true. There are no inputs to this DVD player (other than the DVD obviously). Can't comment on anything else as I returned without even powering it up (my only use for it would be if the inputs existed). I'm not related to Circuit City (RIP). Why do I need a nickname anyway?

Great value. It works well. I have bought many Magnavox and Philips products and have always been satified. Once again the remote is small and has small buttons; a disadvantage for people with big hands.

dvd quality was good but the remote was poor it only works when your within inches of the player. if your that close you should not even include a remote with the player

I had a wonderful Christmas with my new TV and DVD player. I am very content with my purchase. I was a bit skeptical because of the refurbish but its pretty good and has 1 yr warranty.
