I bought this because I have the original on DVD and had enjoyed the new show very much! It is similar but updated and very well done! The Hawaiian scenery is still great and the guys are too!

Was a bit skeptical when I heard Magnum always being rebooted, but was pleasantly surprised. Jay Hernandez has done a great job of stepping into the iconic role. The entire case is great.

BEAUTIFUL SCENERY, GOOD ACTION, VERY LIKABLE CHARACTERS AND GOOD UPDATED VERSION TO WATCH, AND I HAVE WATCHED ALL OF THE OLD MAGNUM SERIES AND ALL OF THIS NEW SERIES.

I enjoyed the first season and Jay Hernandez is great as Magnum P.I.

the dvd quality in picture is good but could be better for dvd.

I just started to watch the remake of magnum PI that I remember when I was much younger. I normally do like remakes of old series. This is definitely an exception to the norm. I really enjoy the remake of the series. I really like Magnum as a retired seal and his costar as a retired intelligence operative. I also think that the premise of the series with living in the estate of a wealthy writer very intriguing.

This show is a good remake. Don't get me wrong you can't top the original but this version is cleverly done and even has some cameos of the original cast.

Kind of reminds me of Chuck in that it has action, some comic relief and a touch of romance ( will Magnum and Higgins get together). Love this kind of show.

Have just started watching Magnum PI and needed this season. Good quality.

Was surprised how much I enjoyed this, didn't think it would compare to the original, but it's much better than I expected and worth watching
