I loved the new take Sleeping Beauty, the make-up, special effects, and of course Angelina. She was fantastic in this movie and made the absolute best maleficent. They had tree ents! and they kicked booty. This movie has become one of my top favorite Disney films ever. It is in the top 5 for me.

Another very good movie that you can sit down with the family and watch. Angela Jolie is very good. The animation is great and the special effects are as well. I would consider this as a must in my library. The plot lines could have been better in places, but overall it is very good. Thumbs up!

I had no idea what to except with this movie since it is from the bad fairy's prospective. It is not the Cinderella story that you have heard or would except. It is very well thought out and planned. I don't want to give away anything but it is a great movie. They need more like this and Frozen.

I did not know exactly what the movie would be like before I bought it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the movie was as good as I hoped it would be. The cinematography was amazing and the story was captivating. I was glad that I was even able to watch the movie with a 2 and 4 year old.

My 2-year-old watched about half of the animated Sleeping Beauty, but has sat down and watched this whole movie 3 times. She loves it & I enjoy it as well. It has such a great story line with wonderful acting and effects. It's definitely one of those movies you can watch over and over again.

The premise is fairies have wings normally, so how does one become full of hatred to wish a innocent child to die, and how Maleficent lost her wings if she was a fairy? What Disney created here is very entertaining from visual/audio standpoint and highly recommended if you like this film genre.

Maleficent is a great story with a number of twists and turns and an ending that surprised me. Perhaps I should have known the tale but it was a version I never heard. The animation, the actors and the story work to make great entertainment. This is one you will want to watch again and again.

This isa perfect buy for family night it was easy to find at the front of the store. excellent value. we have three copies for less than $20. There was no waiting in line and the staff was very friendly the checkout was easy and with the rewards plan we got points added to our Best Buy rewards.

This was, surprisingly, one of my favorite movies of the year. It was such a refreshing departure from what I expected and it was great for our entire family. I don't want to say too much for fear of giving away significant plot twists but this is a film for Disney fans as well as cinema fans.

I didn't care for this one as much the first time I watched it, but it has grown on me. It's an interesting take on the Sleeping Beauty story, and Anjelina Jolie completely nails the part. I am ready to see the new one. 8/10

This movie is a retelling of a classic unlike any I have ever seen before. If you come into this expecting the classic fairy tale, you might be very disappointed. If you come in with an open mind, you are in for a fresh experience. This was a gift for my wife for Christmas and she LOVES it.

First off I love the story of this movie. Sleeping Beauty has always been one of my favorite Disney movies and Maleficent my favorite villain. This new retelling of the tale is so fantastic! Also watching it on BluRay was almost as good as seeing it in the theater. The picture is stunning.

Disney does it again the best Sleeping Beauty story movie yet! Wonderful story line, actors enchanting characters with beautiful scenes. Loved Maleficent. Memorized by how the story kept you interested until the very end. Such a phenominal movie that even the grow ups wanted to see it again.

I have always loved movies that you can get lost in the moment and portray with such detail and pageantry a magical world that thrills and ignites the imagination. Jolie's portrayal and appearance gave me the willies.

Disney has grown up. Showing the difference between fleeting love and true love. "True loves first kiss" can be everlasting when its not tainted by greed and revenge. Ms. Jolia delivers an spooky funny performance. Great action and true to the classic story. A fun time for the whole family.

I preordered this movie as a gift for my nieces for Halloween. Great communication from Best Buy.com about delivery and arrived in time. As for the movie the kids loved it and as a great story line. A must get for a family night movie night or if your looking for a great movie for the kids.

Great twist to the wonderful story of Sleeping Beauty. It was a delightful and enjoyable story, and the acting by Angelina was marvelous and refreshing to watch for a change on her part. Watch Maleficent with your family and discover a True Loves Kiss. I highly recommend to a friend. A+++++

This was such a great renovation of the previous "wait for the rich guy" princess, story. To bad Disney doesn't empower women more. They might have done another Mulan but really she had to go in drag (which is fine) as a man. Seriously this was straight forward empowerment of female LOve!

This is one of my all time favorite Disney movies. It's a great take, and different perspective on an old tale. I'm not a big fan of Angelina, but she is awesome in this role. She was born to play the part..
