saw this movie at theater with my daughter because sister-in-law said it was great...but it was better then great! Can't see this movie with any other actress and I don't even like Angelina Jolie. Even my husband loved it after watching it (we made him). It's a must buy!

Im not much into fairytale movie but the story line plot was amazing with a great twist. It gives you a completely different outlook on what you originally thought about Sleeping Beauty. My 6 year old has watched it numerous times since we bought it. WORTH THE PURCHASE!!

This new angle of the Sleeping Beauty story is a real delight. It is well worth the watch. The special effects are excellent and the story line is well done and quite unexpected in some places. A DVD any Disney fan will surely want to own. Have watched it over and over!

I really like how they made a great twist on an old story. I wondered how they would make an old story about an evil witch any good. They made it new and fresh and really interesting while keeping most of the original story mostly in tact too. Two sides to every story.

This movie is a great story about a classic Disney villain. To reach the opportunity to view her side of the story is amazing and I believe it move on to be another great disney classic. Also, having the choice to watch it on DVD or Blueray in one purchase is wonderful.

First, the movie was excellent. Different take on sleeping beauty and it did change the events but did so in a great way. I actually like this story better than the original disney sleeping beauty. Not a Angelina Jolie fan or hater, but she played this part really well.

I wasn't enthused about watching this movie at first. I thought it was just another fairy tale. This movie took my attention in the very beginning. I'm sorry I didn't go to the theatre to see it and all it's special effects. An excellent movie to add to my collections.

I loved this movie when I saw it in the theater and knew I would be buying it for sure to add to my collection. It's a complete immersion in the world of the evil queen you fall in love with her tragic character the way the story is woven. Angelina Jolie is incredible!

I loved the movie I like the twist on the movie. The characters were great I love the graphics. The colors were great. It was nice to see actors that I had not heard of before. Not a big fan of Angie's but this was good. I like seeing her kid that looks just like Brad.

Bought this for my son it was a great twist on the sleeping Beauty story. 4k visuals were great and audio was very well done. The steelbook casing is very well made and has some great artwork on the case.

Enjoyed watching the movie with my older kids....it's a different take on the old classic fairy tale. Clever, exciting, innovative story with a plot that keeps you involved until the very end. Special effects are top notch.

This spins the tale, highlighting Disney's Villian Maleficent , showing her childhood and the events that made her the being she became. Truly entertaining...you see her from a whole new light!

This movie is just amazing. Thrilling, captivating, a lot of action and a great story. My favorite part about watching this movie is how it shows Maleficent's point of view without straying from the original story line. Having it in Blu-ray makes it that much better!

A great storyline, Angelina Jolie did an amazing job in her role. And the graphics and special effects were phenomenal! Disney movies are usually from the perspective of the princess and this movie was from the perspective of the evil villain and why she became evil.

Excellent eye candy. this 4K version is stunning and the colors are vivid and the blacks deep. Beside the Eye candy this take on the "evil fairy" is enchanting and heartwarming.

I saw this because my girlfriend wanted to. It turned out to be an excellent movie. Graphics were top notch and acting was good. I expected some kind of kiddy fairy tale type movie and it turned out a lot darker and appealed to a larger audience. Great movie overall

I have not seen this movie on the theaters when it was showing, and I got it with a hope it was going to be entertaining at least. My wife and I thoroughly the movie. Well made, story lines and dialogue, timing was satisfying. I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Why I got this movie!? Why Not! It has Angelina Jolie and she is playing Maleficent and I think she did a good job. I like how they put the spin on it and gave her side of the story. Im not saying the bad guy should win but in this case I thought it was nice. ....

I don't have enough words to explain how awesome this movies is. the imagery is fantastic, the back-story isn't overly flowery, and the new take on the story is better than I imagined. The moral of this rewrite is much better for girls than the original movie :-)

* Thought it was an interesting and creative story to cover the history of how things started. Enjoyed the special effects creating the fantasy world. * The Best Buy store always has the combo product I'm looking for and got a price match for an even better value.
