All in all a fine, suspenseful, superbly acted film. Unpredictable, moody, achieved its wish to be a throwback to the days of film noir. I took one star away for the 'affair; which seemed out of place, out of character, and awkward. Otherwise, Great film!

Adrian Brody heads the cast of characters in this modern version of a 40s type noir film. Suspense , mystery , all the goodies that elevate this film above many others. I really enjoyed this Sam Spade style movie. It really surprised me as to how good it was. Its a must see.

I just love movies with a twist in the end a good edge of your seat movie that leaves you in suspense thinking of who did what? Sorry, you have to go out to buy it.
