Mario Kart Wii is without doubt the best Mario Kart Yet. The addition of bikes to the game makes it even better. The new courses our awesome too. The only downside I found was that many of the courses in the game are from the older versions of mario kart. I thought this was cool to a point, but some of the super nintendo ones especially were not all that fun. Overall it is a great game though and the best game for the Wii right now. I would recommend that every owner of a wii owns this game.

Great game. The Nintendo Wii allows the ability to have a cool interface, which creates for an enjoyable user experience. Anyone who played Mario Kart for the N64 will want to check this out. Unlock characters and new races, run some time trials or play coin/balloon challenges; bring some friends. Graphics are the best I've seen from the Wii thus far, so I was impressed. Over all a good purchase with great replay value and the perfect multiplayer game for those summer evening house parties.

We bought an extra wheel because this game is so fun and easy to play! I would highly recommend this game for smaller children and older adults who aren't into gaming and don't want to learn the multiple buttons on some of today's video game controllers. Two buttons (gas and shoot) are all you need, just use the wheel like a steering wheel and you're off! There are a nice variety of games to play as well as different environments to play in to challenge just about everyone.

This is a fun game that is easy for anyone to pick up and play. As an experienced driver, I found that I had an easier time with the steering wheel than those who did not drive a car. The non-car driving players preferred using the regular controller over the wheel.

Mario Kart Wii is probably one of the best games i have played in a while. It is so much fun for the whole family. The graphics are so crystal clear. I don't think it's as great as the first one that came out just because it was the original. The one thing i found kind of odd was the turning. you barely have to turn it. And when you turn it really far, it hits a wall. That's the only thing that bugs me. Other than that, the game is great. I recommend it for the whole family.

This is the BEST Mario Kart yet!!! Drive a kart or a motorcycle! Brings back childhood memories with classic tracks from the SNES and other game systems!! With the Wii Wi-Fi connection you can play people from all over the world! The game includes an amazing Wii Wheel that is very comfortable to play with. (a lot better than the previous wheels that were released) Lots of different cups and lots of tracks I am going to tell all of my friends to buy this amazing game!

I just bought this system 4/27, and bought this game to go with it...worked out that it was the release date. The game is very fun so far, played it with my fiancee for a while already. I'm just terrible at it since I'm not used to the interactive controller yet, but the wheel is nice and was nice that it came with, maybe I should get an extra. If you have an hour or more free it'll be easily spent playing this and has stopped any progress in my finals studying.

This games is one of the reasons I bought the wii when it first came out. I love playing it. And the online multiplayer is grait. Very fun and almost imposible to get tired of.

What else can there be said about the new Mario Kart Wii? It has the same playability as the previous mario kart for previous platforms and it is still fun and enjoyable to play on the wii. The game includes the wii wheel which makes playing the game a fun experience. Whether you are playing by yourself or with 3 of your buddies, the fun is nonstop. At first, the wii wheel takes time getting used to as it can be a little bit to sensitive at turning corners.

This is a great game, my dad loves it and more importantly so do I. The only con in this game is what my sister keeps complaining about, that there is no option to just drive around and do tricks(she loves doing tricks). I love how in the worldwide option of the online games because its cool playing people from swisterland, japan,etc. I recommend not buying more wii wheel, but buying the 3-pack physclone wheels, better value and they have rubber grips.

We purchased Mario Kart as a game for the whole family. This is our first Mario Kart game, and we love the use of the wheel. I actually had to go back to the store to get another wheel. Love the graphics and seeing locations from other Mario games.

I have been a huge fan of the Mario Kart series since the first one on the Super Nintendo. This one is definately one of the better ones. Online makes it extremely fun. My only complaint is there is no longer any one-on-one battle mode. It's team based. Still a blast and still highly recommended.

While I didn't pre-order this game I was definitely excited for its release and arrived at the store early to ensure I had a copy right off the bat. Mario Kart Wii is definitely keeping in-line with previous generations, especially aided by the re-appearance of classic levels which bring me back to the good ole' days of hours-upon-hours of after-school entertainment with friends. While I haven't played long enough to unlock any other levels I am encouraged by what I've seen thus far. The wheel accessory is definitely a nice touch, Nintendo is certainly not pulling any punches when it comes to proving that a simple design is usually the best. The remote slides right in and is ready to go, which I found to be much more user friendly than the zapper (at least for those of us who aren't really mechanically enclined). The downside is that I don't think a completly free-floating, wireless steering wheel has ever been developed so it does take some getting used to. It wasn't until I figured out that you're better off holding the wheel parallel to your body (like a bus driver) as opposed to perpendicular (like a normal car) that I was twisting my arms in all sorts of weird positions in a vain effort to avoid falling off the track, much less drifting. The Nintendo WFC helps put the icing on the cake -- I think Nintendo learned their lesson with the Gamecube that Internet-based multiplayer is now essentially a requirement for a successful game. What is comes down to is Mario Kart Wii is a solid, simple game that will please both the kiddies and those of us who were "Classically Trained." My Wii just jumped yet another rung ahead of my PS3 on the gaming ladder.

We currently have 7 different wii games but find that the one most played and enjoyed is MarioKart. From 5 to 45 years old...everyone loves it. The graphics are fantastic. Everyone has their favorite character and all 4 family members can play at one time which is awesome. We have two steering wheels and two nunchuks and either way the game is played and enjoyed. Highly recommend this game. It is not violent and is great fun.

This game is one you do not want to miss. It takes a little while to get used to the wheel and the controls, but once you get the hang of it you will not stop. I really like the different vehicles and the tracks. The battle mode is amazing, specially because you can be in a team of 6 vs. 6 and then it becomes a strategy game also. I still play Mario Kart for SNES, and the new version of this franchise is as much fun as the original.

I kept hearing how great Mario Kart for the Wii was, so I finally played it. It lives up to the rumors! I thought it was going to be ridiculous to play with the cordless steering wheels but it was just fine! I enjoyed all the new courses and new characters! Everyone loves Mario Kart, old school version or new futuristic version. I've noticed it's a great way to bring the family together - friends too! It's so much fun!

We got this game a few months back and I have played it more than all our other Wii games combined. There are many different modes and challenges but my favorite is the online play which works surprisingly well (we do have high speed broadband). I find it very addictive and incredible that you can play with people all over the world. Without a doubt this is the best game for the Wii. I hope they make a follow-up game.

My family has a great time playing this game. The game is easy and has lots of different characters, worlds, and vehicles to unlock. Playing with the wheel is nice but not mandatory...it works fine without it.

Mario Kart Wii is less cartooney than its previous incarnations, especially in the menu design. Also, the control of the carts and motorcycles take some getting used to if you're used to the previous titles. However, what is awesome here is fantastic track design, and lots of tracks to play on. With retro tracks offering favorites from games past, you are getting double the amount of tracks usually on the game. Also, the online alone is worth the price of the game. The WiiWheel stinks. I don't use it. However, Nintendo made a fantastic decision in allowing multiple control schemes, so it won't slow you down too much. In the end, a very enjoyable title. Definitely a must buy if you own a Wii and have enjoyed Mario Kart titles in the past.

I purchased this game for my 2 young sons. I never realized how addicting it would be for them and just how much fun they would have. My 3 year old is literally throwing tantrums to play this game. He wakes up and wants to "Flay Mario." It is the cutest thing ever. It has great graphics and a number of really cool levels for them to play. They like that they can see their Mii characters as well.
