    Great game

I beat Paper Mario The Thousand Year door on Gamecube and I can tell you this one is same much fun. Three chars mechanics work great and all these group attacks as Trio Hammer, Rocket ball etc just add to it. p.s. Not sure why Nintendo decided to release the game in red box/case as it used to be reprints coming out in red cases under 30$ so you can tell if it is original run or not.

A solid addition to the Mario & Luigi series

This game might not be quite as good as some of the other games in the series in some ways, but still has some very interesting mechanics for combat and platforming, great music, and plenty of humor. If you're already a fan of Mario & Luigi games, I strongly suggest picking this up as well. If you're new to the series, you may want to start with one of the earlier games.

    Another Kids Favorite

My son loves the Mario series and he is another one that does not disappoint. There is lots of dimensional thinking to work other parts of his brain while he is playing. I have not heard any complaints until I have to tell my son that he needs to stop playing. Very age appropriate Challenging with some levels they you want to replay Always a happy player while playing.

    Paper Jam is a Winner!

The new Mario & Luigi Paper Jam is a great game, guaranteed to challenge and entertain. Once you start playing you'll get that nostalgic feel. Nintendo took concepts from Super Mario RPG (turn based fighting system), Paper Mario (cross game universe charcters) and Super Mario 64 (3d environment). It has a wide array of classic characters buffed up with the new "paper" designs.

    When Mario Met Paper Mario

It feels a little off with some bosses, not living up to its cross over potential (both series have had fantastic writing and humor, this one didn't make the use of it) but it plays very well and even then its funny moments are novel, just not outstanding. It is weird that Paper Luigi didn't join however....I will note that some issues like 3D fights from Dream Team were not fixed in this game. Otherwise, still a worthwhile game.

The latest story in the saga, super fun and addictive although the story could have been implemented a bit better. That is where the mario and luigi saga games thrive in.

I bought this game when I found out it was coming out. I am still in the beginning if the game but so far this game is a lot of fun. The best thing about this game would have to be the paper characters and the way they interact with thier counterparts. All kids and adults of all ages will love this game. Great game for a birthday or Christmas gift.

    Just Like The Old Days

For those of us who grew up in the 80s and early 90s during the heyday of Nintendo, Mario and Luigi were not only the most popular video game characters in the world, but probably the most popular fictional characters as well. This game recaptures all of the glory of the NES days, but are even better due to the 3DS'superior graphics compared to those of yesterday. Highly recommended!

    Excellent mix!

Usually a mix of two types of games is a flop, not here though. The Mario and Luigi series does excellent when they meet paper Mario! Nintendo always does great when introducing two series together. The quality of the story line definitely keeps your attention and it's also very easy for anyone to follow along and understand.

    Fantastic game

I really really enjoyed this game. Ever since playing super Mario rpg back in the day, been wanting a new style of one to come out and this game answered all of that and more. The story line was great, battles were difficult at first while learning attack patterns but then made to be much easier once you get it done.

My daughter has been begging me for this game since it came out. Anything Mario and Luigi related, she has to have it. I loved the look on daughter's face when she saw it in her Easter basket, priceless. A month later, she is still playing it and no stopping in sight. I know my daughter would highly recommend it.

Fun but remember it's a M&L game and not a PM game

Personally, I think this is a great game but there might be some confusion for buyers. The Mario & Luigi series and the Paper Mario series are two entirely different series, each with their own charm and play mechanics. This is a Mario & Luigi game that also features Paper Mario the character, not Paper Mario game.

    Interesting Combination

The 3D effects are good and comfortable, and the combination of the Mario & Luigi and Paper Mario series brings interesting new experience, both visually and tactically. Each stage is full of interesting elements of exploration. The game should be relaxing and fun for players who enjoy light challenges.

Classic Mario and Luigi RPG with a Twist

The story is decent; not as complex like other iterations, but the gameplay is where the game stood out more. Fun gameplay with nice visuals and catchy music. A great entry into this series.

    Decently Fun Mario Adventure

This game is the fifth Mario & Luigi game, and although it doesn't completely live up to that legacy, the game is fairly fun. The game lacks a deeper story and new characters that series is known for, but the battle system is very fun. This game is very well suited for beginners, and if you love Mario games in general you will have a good enough time here.

Mario and Lugi are at it again. Luigi creates a paper jam that leads to 2D characters coming to life. Play as regular Mario, paper Mario and regular Lugi to get regular and paper Peach back from Bowser. This game has leveling up and new capabilities. Mini games included. This was a fun game!

This game has a high standard to live up to based on the previous games in the series, and it's doing a great job so far. I haven't finished it yet, but it's a lot of fun.
