The Marshall Motif II earbuds deliver a solid audio experience wrapped in a rich, premium design that stands out from the crowd. Right out of the box, the connection was fast and easy, pairing seamlessly with my devices without any hiccups.
In terms of sound quality, these punch well above their weight. The audio is balanced with good clarity, and while I would have liked more preset EQ options to fine-tune the sound to my taste, the default profile is still impressive for most genres.
A big plus is the fit—these sit more snugly than my previous Google Pixel Buds, and they’ve stayed in place even during workouts and long walks. That added security gives peace of mind without sacrificing comfort.
Overall, the Motif II delivers on style, sound, and stability. With a few more EQ customizations, they’d be near-perfect. But even as-is, they’re a sharp choice for anyone wanting performance with personality.

They fit in your ears and I have been able to wear them for a good bit and did not have any pain or discomfort. The sound from these are very well rounded and have dust water protection. I love the case it’s textured helps you keep hold of it. Overall the sound is wonderful you can drop them and the case like I have and they are fine.

One of the better sounding earbuds. Marshall knows a thing or two about speakers, and the speakers and drivers in these headphones are pretty top tier. They sound just as good if not better than AirPods and definitely have more bass.

I'm sharing my honest review of the Marshall ANC earbuds.
Sound:
The sound quality is pretty decent—you can clearly hear all the musical instruments. The highs and lows are well balanced, and while the bass isn’t super heavy, it gives just the right amount of punch. Vocal clarity is great too; I tried a few YouTube videos, and they sounded solid. Build & Packaging:
I really like the presentation. The box feels premium right out of the gate, and the case itself has a solid, high-end feel—definitely not too plasticky. For $200, you’d expect quality, and in that department, it delivers.
Active Noise Cancelling (ANC):
IMHO, the noise cancelling could be better—there’s definitely room for improvement. That said, it’s good enough to block out most of the background noise around you. It also kind of depends on your environment.

I absolutely love Marshall anything and everything. These earbud are not only comfortable to wear, but they reproduce the music as it should be. As with anything that Marshall makes, the music always comes first, and you can hear them in these earbuds. I really recommend that everyone tries them out!

I saw someone with these. I read the reviews and I'm not disappointed. These are the coolest looking buds! The sound is fantastic! I have many Marshall products.

I was genuinely hoping for a better sound quality from this brand. However, even when I used the app to modify the EQ settings to my liking, the sound was still rather flat. There is also a distinct lack of frequencies to modify within the app for said equalizer.
Good comfort and build quality. Also being able to adjust the level of ANC or passive hearing is rare and appreciated.
Overall not worth the $199 MSRP. Maybe closer to being worth around $99, but then you could just get the Soundcore Liberty 4, which has better sound quality and features LDAC for higher bitrate audio streaming, though not as good in the comfort department.
Hello, thank you for your review and trying the Motif II ANC earbuds. Have you tried the different sized sleeves to see if a different fit will improve the audio experience? A good seal in the ears is essential for hearing the true sound quality, give it a shot and let us know if you find a better fit.

Sounds decent for the price, I would prefer more bass, but it sounded good enough

The sound quality isn't my favorite and in terms of comfort not the best for me. The noise cancellation is also not very good. There's also some issues with connecting to multiple devices and overall just not a very polished product. The design is definitely unique which is its biggest selling point
Hey JFizzle, thanks for your review and feedback. We suggest trying the different sized tips of the earbuds: finding the perfect size for you will affect both the comfort and the audio quality. Pro's; Comfortable fit. Long life battery/charging case. Easy to use app for personal tweaking of sound.
Con's; I need more bass ! *I found when I push earbud deeper into ear canal, bass was amplified ??

Batteries last for along while in between charges. Love the size and functionality for what I intended to use it. Rugged outer case. Works/pair with my phone with no issue so far.

They are the best ear buds in the $100-200 range. Sound is excellent as expected from Marshall. Works great with my iPhone for calls. I highly recommend using their app to make things perfect for you as some small tweaks with the equalizer have made them my go to pair for pretty much everything.

I got a Marshall Willen device last year and was impressed with its sound quality. So, I wanted to try the earbuds.
The sound quality is impressive with good instrument separation, clarity and punchy bass. The equalizer helps tune the sound to my personal liking. But, I always tend to go back to the Marshall signature sound after tinkering with various custom equalizer settings.
Oh, a few more things aside sound quality.
Multi-point connection and audio switching works flawlessly across my MacBook and phone.
ANC is okay. I use the earbuds for home/office environment and my over the ear headphones for noisy environments.
