Gameplay awesome, story is superb, and multiplayer is mind-blowing especially with friends

Overall, a very fun game. Would have liked the characters to resemble their MCU counterparts to a larger degree but that was the only thing that prevented me from giving this five stars. The kid loves it and so do I. You probably will, too.

I purchased this Avengers game for my son. He likes it and is very much into the Hulk. The movie franchise is ruined, but the game is alright. The gameplay seems somewhat fluid and the graphics are good. At the pricepoint I purchased it for was fair for the game.

If you're an Avengers/Marvel Comics/ comic book fan, this is a great game and you should definitely pick it up. The story campaign is very well done with lots of great characters moments and some nice easter eggs. However, it is short. This is one of those games that puts a lot into the "post-game" where you're doing daily and weekly challenges to grind for higher gear for your characters. It gets repetitive quickly. Supposedly there are ~20 dlc characters that will added in over the course of the next 1-2 years, so it seems like it will one to come back to for the fun of trying new characters with new powers and abilities. But for a AAA game it's a little light on single-player/campaign side of things. Not a bad game by any means, but be aware.

I've been a fan of the Avengers movies for a long time, so this was a no brainer for me, however, the game is a bit of a let down in my opinion. It's fairly repetitive and has some performance issues. I'm running this on an Xbox One X and it has frame rate issues, I can't imagine running this on a Gen 1 Xbox One, or even an Xbox One S. The overall story of the game is enough to keep you entertained, but the missions are very similar in nature. I would say fighting as your favorite avengers is enough fun to keep you coming back though. And the RPG like character development system is a fun tool to play around with. Overall, I would recommend it for fans of the movies, but its definitely not for everyone.

Great game. Good story and good graphics. Especially for a super hero game.

I’m sure you’ve heard the horror stories of this games release with its infinite amount of bugs, 2 months later and there’s still a lot to fix. This game had so much potential, the story is short but really fun especially if you already like these characters. But the heart and soul of this game is the multiplayer which is literally just the same 5 levels on repeat doing the same missions to get better hear and level up. Rinse wash and repeat. No amount of love for these characters can bring me back into this game. If you do wanna try it, I’d say wait until it’s 20 bucks AT LEAST.

This is a really fun game. My only complaints are the long load times / wait screens when doing multiplayer or when you die on campaign mode, and that there are some bugs they are still fixing in multiplayer. The good news is they are fixing them very quickly.

This Avengers game is really fun. I’m going through the campaign solo and it’s really fun being each Avenger. Iron Man is a bit hard to control when flying but it’s not bad. The graphics are really good and I can’t wait for the Next Gen Upgrade.

The game is definitely entertaining, it’s an Action RPG element, the key is to level up your character and restore the avengers base, so you will have plenty to do and plenty of missions to accomplish. It’s a pretty good game with incredible graphics.

Repetitive and too heavily focused on multiplayer. I would have much rather taken a really good single player campaign game but where could they gouge for micro transactions then???

In the beginning stages but graphics are good, variety of characters with unique powers keeps things fresh. frame rate dips a lot when cpu gets overcharged. i'd say wait to play on new consoles so you can experience smooth gameplay.

I remember when the game first came out there was a lot of complaints about it. I’m about half way through the game and think it’s pretty decent. The graphics on the Xbox One version are a little bit off but it doesn’t really bother me. I would say it’s worth a pick up if it’s on sale for a good price.

Simple game. More of a button smasher. I wish it was more open world like city of heroes was back in 2001. This game could be really good without the glitches.
