I know this game has received a lot of criticism. Some has been deserved, some is a little exaggerated. I am enjoying it but I do admit, I expected more. I've been a long time fan of the series and have been a little disappointed. I'm all about a game's story and becoming immersed in it. However, some of the animations can quickly take me out of the immersion. Anyway....I'll always be a fan of the series. I hope Bioware can learn from these mistakes. Games really shouldn't be rushed.

Great, flexible combat system- you are no longer tied to one class, you can change styles on the fly, mid-battle. Makes for nice variety, and even adds a new strategic element on what class you may want to use depending on boss battle vs grunts, or open enclosures vs closed quarters. I have thoroughly enjoyed the combat, but it did take me a little time to adjust to some of the newer controls, Plenty of missions, even if it is somewhat repetitive, I didn't mind because I love the combat.

This game has gotten a lot of flak, but I love it. Yes, it's very different than the original trilogy but I really enjoyed it. There's a lot of wide open areas to explore, the combat is fast-paced and fun, and the story is pretty good. I has a slow start, but once it picks up it's just fun.

Game looks and plays decently well, but the general visuals aren't anything to write home about. Looks a bit too similar to previous gen games in the series. Character expressions, animations and conversations are really flawed. From bad paced conversation filled with awkward pauses and bad expression to just eerie looking facial animation, the game ends up looking like a weird rushed product. Promised updates to all that is coming soon apparently, but it's unfortunate how the game looks and sounds upon release.

Despite some graphical problems, I'm enjoying the game so far. The combat and exploration is solid and the characters are likable.

Following the tradition of the Mass Effect series, this game is no different. Great story line, game play is fantastic, and the multiplayer is challenging. My one gripe is that the eyes in the story for the characters seems to dart a lot. Read about that before I purchased the game though.

Totally in LOVE with this series! Probably would have bought this game just because of the previous series. Found the game cheaper and brought the proof, then they matched the price for me. Easy, and helpful.

Not sure what everyone was expecting but graphics are amazing on PS4 pro. Story is great travel to other planets is cool. No more teedy scrolling over planet surfaces to find resources. Only downfall would be the talking is out of sync sometimes and only 2 new alien races.

pros: amazing story lots of different armor and weapons to choose from abilities are also vast you can invest as much or as little time into this game as you'd like cons: quests that involve a lot of travelling can be annoying facial animations can be weird

I'm a long-time Mass Effect fan and I'm excited to see where the new series in Andromeda will go. Yes, this game has its flaws, but I've been thoroughly enjoying the exploration aspects, the characters, and the combat - which is far better than past ME games.

If you can look past some of the weird facial animations, which have been improved and may be completely fixed by the time you read this, the game is truly amazing. I have put over 50 hours in the game and I'm not even halfway done. Well worth the money.

There are many negative reviews on this game out there, but don't let that dissuade you. If you want an open world game with tons of content and fun battle, this is perfect. Yes, the animation is a bit off on the faces, but who really cares? Love it!

The game voice acting is bad! The story is great! I like the game and it is as good as the old ones!

This game does give you a large number of options and some well done graphics, except for the rather motionless faces. This still garners a 5 star rating due to the complexity of the game itself and the length of time it takes to play.

This game is as good as any other mass effect game, sure it has a few wonky animations at times. The eyes are really bad for a few of the NPC's but overlooking that this is a great game with a lot of content to explore. The crew isn't quite as enjoyable as some of the past crews, lacking a bit of charisma but still likable enough. The gameplay itself is good and more than makes up for a few bad animations.

The gameplay is there and if that is all you care about then you won't see any issues here. The thing that made me love Mass Effect as a series was the branching story and choices that really felt like they had impacts. This Mass Effect is totally changed. The only real choice you have is the tone in which you will say dialogue. It's really terrible and I'm glad this one got poor reception. The good thing is you can get a pretty decent game for cheap... granted its not Mass effect.
