Individual directors produce each episode of masters of horror, none disappointing. This is no exception.

Ok, so the concept of our first president being a cannibal is a bit far fetched. But that's what is so great about this episode and the series as a whole.
I won't go into a complete synopsis here (the assumption being that if you're reading this, you fully know what the story's about) but I will say that this was in my opinion, the most entertaining episode of the whole second season.
One could honestly argue that the acting is poor, the film doesn't live up to the expectations of the "horror" genre, etc, etc. It's a fun ride though, so get your ticket and get in line.
