Poor condition

However not what I expected and glad I didn’t purchase as a gift for someone else. When I opened it was an adorable concept. A lot for baby to play with. As anOT I love toys positioned vertically to work on core and arm strength and dexterity. Anyways, I was so disappointed that the panel was put together wrong or warped, it had a 3 inch opening in the side. The stickers were placed sloppily and come off because not it the correct space. When I went to look at how to exchange or return, I was disappointed that there was no online form to fill out but I’d have to bring the defective item in store. As a mom of 3 young children and working full time- I shop online when I can because it takes longer to unbuckle their car seats than it takes to run in a return. I had great customer service despite having to wait longer than necessary to return. The store was nearly empty but I waited behind 3 people. Overall cute toy and I’m so disappointed it came defective

Damaged goods

I called and requested a refund, but the rep was no help. This product completely UNSAFE. Do not buy.
