Loads of fun. The opening mission hooks you and I love all the details in the environments. I haven't even gone online yet but am pretty busy collecting all the hidden golden guns and replaying levels.

The game was really fun and the graphics were awesome. They really put a lot of time and effort into the mechanics and the graphics and it shows. Unfortunately, I feel like they didn't put as much time into the story and trying to stay true to the originals. I think they wanted to reboot and make it there own, but it changed it a bit for old school fans. Fun game, but don't expect it to feel like a Max Payne.

I have been playing Rockstar games since the original Max Payne. This Game is good but not as good as Red Dead Redemption. I've played Red Dead Redemption since it came out and i'm still not bored with it. Max Payne vs John Marston??? John Marston makes Max Payne look like a joke!

I was strictly a war/sniper gamer but decided to try Max Payne and was not disappointed. I will now follow Max Payne on any of his adventures. I hope they come out with Max Payne 4 etc.

Max Payne 3 is an endlessly entertaining shoot-em-up. Great third person shooter! Wonderful graffix and gameplay. It was easy and convenient pre-ordering from BEst Buy and i received excellent customer service. Here's hoping for Max Payne 4 in the near future.

I think this game was a great entry for the max payne trilogy, i had fun with it

Exceptional game should be this years second best title next to Uncharted 3.

Max Payne 3 is unapologetically violent. In fact, it lingers on violence, but not in a tawdry or sensational way. Yes, it focuses on some of its most visceral manifestations – ragged bullet wounds, charred flesh, dismembered limbs – but it also peers into the unseen causes that lie behind such acts of violence. It touches on the disparity between rich and poor, and how resentment and desperation can fester in the slums and the penthouses alike. This isn’t only tackled in the main story, but also in nice scraps of incidental narrative recovered in clues dotted about the meticulously-crafted environments.

A Classic shooter brought back to life....if you enjoyed the max payne series then this will definitly be a winner....multiplayer is a huge plus also

Any one who has played the previous max payne games knows what they were getting themselves into and anyone who has never played any of them before was in for a treat! Rockstar stepped it up a notch and while i didn't have high expectations for this one, i was definitely impressed with the final product.

We get it, we get it. Max is a a drunk. Why does every cute scene have to be about him boozing and pill popping? The cut scenes are many and they are so full of fancy effects they are annoying. You fight your way through a army of thugs and then have to sit through a 5 min cut scene. Not very original either. The dialogue sounds like something out of a cheap b movie. The graphics are decent. At times they do look pretty rushed and weak though. Rockstar didn't do their homework on this one. I was hoping it would return to the original game that was very cool and ground breaking. The only originality in this is the bullet cam which is slow mo. One really annoying thing is the slow mo while your dying. Let me advance. Its frustrating seeing your character die in slow mo. I don't recommend this game. I have to admit i have not played the multiplayer yet as I know i'll get my butt kicked by a 8 year old who has been out of school for several weeks and will have had enough practice to kill me over and over. The idea that multiplayer can help advance you is cool, unless your not any good. Then it will be frustrating.

It's not like the old Max Payne but it definitely has the gritty feel of a Michael Mann movie and in a way it's better than the first two games because of it.

Cool game, nice story..great buy for the price....

The slow down feature of this games is epic and should be used in more video games, also since this is a remake of the cult classic that came to the original playstation the developer did an excellent job remaking this hit.

Another great game in the Max Payne series. I like the slow motion option when you shoot.

This is the most I've been entertained by a game sinse Uncharted 2
