This was the first washer I have ever purchased. I am very happy. It is easy to use and even fun. I know I am spoiled now, having had to use shared washers in apartment buildings or laundromats for the past 20 years. This one is great, sleek, modern, and has plenty of options for whatever the case may be.

Good being my first "he" washer. I little noisier that the old one but overall great. Love that it fits so much more clothing since it doesn't have the tube in the middle

This machine can hold a lot but you need to be careful mixing sheets and towels. The load became unbalanced on me once. In the future I’ll try to keep heavier items like towels in a load by themselves.

Best Buy's installers did a great job. They were very familiar with installing gas appliances and answered all of my questions. I thank them again for installing and removal of the old appliances. The washer itself is very good. Maytag was a substantial upgrade to my Samsung washer that had significant rattling issues due to a manufacturer defect. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

So glad to throw away my old front loader machine. This machine holds A TON of clothes. Had no trouble washing multiple sets of sheets. Also numerous towels. And a queen size comforter. Seriously this is a big washer. I walk around the house looking for things to throw in there just to fill it up. lol. Still a water saving machine if that is important to you. Love the knob controls.

After debating whether or not to buy this machine, I pulled the trigger, despite negative reviews, and could not be happier! It seems as if many consumers won't spend 5 minutes of their time to learn how to operate a $500 purchase. You will not have the negative issues read about in reviews if you read the owner's manual first. Hint: I NEVER use the machine's "Normal" cycle.

This Maytag washer is quiet and efficient. The auto water fill works well with both large and small loads. The transparent top lid allows a visual of the water level at a glance without interrupting the cycle. The spin cycle is so efficient it decreases the amount of dryer time. I did a lot of research of the many choices on the market. I am pleased with this purchase.

We went in looking for a different washer - but because they didn't have any in stock except this one, we purchased it immediately. Easy to hook up - washes the clothes thoroughly. It does take a little longer than previous washer, but seems the really rinse the clothes out and gets them really clean.

We bought this and the dryer for Maytag's reliability. Nothing fancy but this washer seems to do the trick and that is wash clothes. Having the fancy washer is not a must for us because it sits in a laundry room. As long as it washes clothes that's all I care about. So far it is working well. Nice package deal price with the dryer.

Nice size, quiet performance, clothes wrinkled on some cycles

So far we are loving this washer! It has a nice large stainless basin and easy to load clothes without the agitator in the middle. Runs smooth and it's pretty quiet. Does a great job cleaning our clothes.

My sister in law has a similar Maytag washing machine and was happy with it, so we decided to get one as well. It was reasonably priced and works well. It has plenty of capacity for the two of us as we use it often as we constantly have work out gear to be cleaned as well as the usual clothes. It has plenty of settings for different loads. We are happy with it.

Bought it to replace and older washer works good but takes a while longer than a standard washer , uses less water cleans good around 3/4 full or less but it's got enough room to wash king size comforters

I like the glass view of my wash. I love the larger capacity and can actually wash blankets. Unfortunately, my old dryer can't handle the larger loads. Time for a new dryer?

I am a big fan of Maytag. I love their products. This washing machine is very easy to use to get the desired settings that you want. I especially love that the amount of water used is set automatically with sensors based on the size of the load. I have had the machine for over a year & have not found any negatives about it. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have had this washing machine for a month. It cleans well, has easy-to-use knobs, and cycles are not overlong. It is easy to load and unload. I am happier with this model than with the front-loader I had previously from a different brand. It is noisier than the front-loader, but not loud.

No way to adjust water level. It reads the weight of the clothes , senses, but doesn't dispense enough water in my opinion.

Cleans well and fits so much, I really love it!!!!

I bought this washer for my 88 year mother who was having difficulty bending to get her clothes out of her front load washer. This Maytag has a stainless steel tub and is not too deep. Let’s just say my mother is complaining no more. The controls are not high tech which my mother appreciates. It’s very easy to use.

This washer is a great size (capacity) for the money. Love the no agitator arm. It does need a little help every once in a while balancing the load, if it's something weird like a dog bed. But overall great.
