This washer seemed like exactly what I was looking for. But there were a fair number of bad reviews and I was nervous. I didn't need to be scared. One wise reviewer said to READ THE DIRECTIONS and follow them. I did and I am very happy with the results. This is not your mother's washer and it works differently. But quite splendidly!

Getting accustomed to no agitator gave me a lot of extra room for clothes and found the clothes were not as wrinkled....the washing procedure takes a little longer than my old Maytag but is more efficient and saves water. Has a lot of bells and whistles on it and more than I think I will ever use. Great product and will recommend to all.

I love it. To go from a 15-20 yr old washer to a new HE with a water level sensing machine took getting use to. Would not go back to one with an agitator either. No more going to laundromat to do blankets or bulky jackets either.

We were a little apprehensive about getting a high efficiency washer for the first time. We were very pleased with its performance. It cleans well including the comforter on our bed. The clothes come out dryer than our older machine. It’s in the basement and we hardly hear it. A good value for the money.

Found the washer very simple to use. Once the various settings are set, one button is all you need. The automatic sensing of the load is very nice. We would recommend this washer to anyone looking for a good easy washer.

Purchased this Maytag washing machine since it was less bulky than the regular front loaders out there and I was pleasantly surprised how large the basin was. I was able to fit two comforters inside, a queen and a full, and it washed them both with no residue remaining or dry spots. Really love how much it holds and washes throughly.

I've had this washer for less than 1 month, so my experience is short. So far I'm impressed with the large quantity it takes for every load; very impressive. I am pleased so far.

Used this washer on 3 loads, luckily it had a see through top. On most settings the clothes on top did not participate in the wash because water level was too low. Then in spin mode it was making a loud repeated clicking sound like it was self destructioning. Not sure why Maytag would put something like this on the market. We promptly returned it.

Washer does everything as advertised so far no problems with any loads washed. Must point out though washer is much noisier than any machine we owned in the past.

The dial settings are so convenient and easy to interpret. I like having a special “drawer” to pour the detergent. I think the rinse and spin are more effective as my laundry feels softer. Being a Maytag appliance, I am looking forward to its long life.

This is a great washer. It holds a lot, I can put in a set of King sheets plus other clothes without any problem. Using the Bulky/Sheets setting fills the machine with plenty of water covering above the clothes. (other settings use less) It doesn't go off balance and washes and drains well.

We wanted a top load washer without the agitator, but didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars. This was one of the least expensive they had. It works awesome. Best washer we’ve ever had. We got the matching Dryer as well while they were on sale. Hope they last a million years.

Not use to an agitator free washer so takes some time to get used to. Must read instructions! Uses much less water but does take longer to wash clothes

Does good job without the "bells and whistles". Just a little noisy, but not unbearable. Maytag has not disappointed us over the last 44 years.

Very stylish looking washing machine and working great so far. It has a large capacity on this washer. You can practically wash anything including comforters. Quiet and easy to use.

We are very happy with this purchase from Best Buy. This machine is an upgrade from the original one we purchase. The exchange went smoothly. Delivery and set up was great and on time. The machine for us is "set it and forget it". Nice size capacity, quiet and does the job every time.

It does a good job. Geek squad delivery men were professional. I’m the husband and I don’t do the laundry and don’t know what is good as far as features and bells an whistles but the wife does and is happy. It beats having to use a shop vac to drain the old Samsung front loader. That I can tell you.

I wasn't sure about the "high efficiency" machines but my clothes are fresh and clean when they come out of the wash and that's what mattered to me.

After years of a front load washer I selected a to load Maytag. Love the large capacity with stainless, especially at the beach.

I am enjoying a top loader. The tub is large and holds enoughfor a normal size load. The sound is a little different but doesn't take long to get use to it.
