I love the new technology with the water level sensor. It helps conserve water, but gets the laundry job done! Large capacity, so I can save 2-3 loads of laundry per week.

Seems to clean well but when it spins it is very loud. Never had a washer this loud.

The washer only fills just over the clothes - which is odd to see - I thought I would have to have service call as something was wrong. But read instructions (who does) and explained is suppose to be this way to conserve water. Actually cleaned better than my old fashioned washer!

This set is the perfect size for a smaller laundry room. The team did a great job both inside the store and in-home taking measurements to ensure the set would fit. The Maytag washer offers several settings to choose from depending on the type of load that needs washing.

Our last washer was about 15 years old, so when we decided to get a new one, it was amazing to see how the technology has changed. We've never had a HE-type washer before, so it took some getting used to. We weren't sure how a load could possibly get washed using so little water, but everything is coming out clean. There are so many cycles to choose from, we took the page out of the instruction book and taped it on the wall next to the washer to could figure out which setting to use! We're glad we bought it on sale because the required additional parts we had to buy in order to have it installed (which we already had and were in good condition) made up for the sale price. Maybe BestBuy could offer a liability waiver instead?

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about no agitator and how it would clean the clothes, but so far I have no issues. It's fun to watch through the clear lid too!

This is a top-loading HE washer and sounds and acts very differently than any washer we have owned before. AND it works great, uses less detergent, doesn't wrinkle our clothes.... its amazing. Other reviews of HE washers complain about noise and clothes not getting wet. We have not had these problems!

It was hard to decide which washing machine to buy. I decided on the Maytag and am pleased with it. It seems that the clothes got whiter and no items were turned inside out as my previous machine. This model has an extra rinse that will be nice on certain items.

Not sure if the amount of water that dispenses (even on heavy loads) is sufficient. Clothes come out clean for the most part.

I would say it probably wouldn't work the absolute best on heavily soiled clothes (because it doesn't have a traditional vertical agitator) but for that I just take those clothes to the laundromat. other than that this machine cleans our normal everyday clothes, perfectly fine! absolutely love it!

I wanted a basic Toploader and this one has turned out to be a good choice. I have never had a washer without an agitator, like this one, and I have not had any problems with clothes being tied in knots. This purchase replaced a 2yr old GE lemon. Very satisfied.

This one is the 3rd washer bought over the last 18 mos. I take care of my disabled husband and have a lot of laundry (esp. towels and sheets). This washer is efficient and quiet. This is the first Maytag we have had and we LOVE it !!

This is a very smooth and quiet washer. In fact with the door closed in the laundry room you could not tell it was running. Button layout is simple and the top load with no agitator is my wifes favorite because it is so easy to get clothes in and out.

Great little washer for a tight space. It took me a while to get over not seeing the amount of suds I am used to and would prefer to see with this washer. However my detergent lasts a lot longer and our laundry comes out very clean, and soft. No issues here!

My mom bought this and she seems to like it cause she used it a couple of time a day to wash cloth. It is a really good size to single family home.

This thing is kind of loud and the bangs were startling at first but we got used to it. It works well though and it uses a fraction of the water our old one did.

Great washer! It has a pretty large basin, enough control options and seems to be a quality built machine. It is reasonably quiet. The wash cycles can be a bit long, but the clothes always come out very clean and never damaged.

I had my doubts about the washer and the reviews, but I was very pleased with the entire experience from delivery to actual use of the washer. The washer has performed very well the entire time I have had it at my home! I would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a washer!
