After years of dealing with a front loader I am so happy to have returned to a top loader. This machine is quiet, looks great and was priced very well! No more dealing with smelling door gaskets and having to constantly wash my washing machine!

Our front loader went bad so we decided to buy this top loader... and so far I love it!.. holds very large loads and doesn't shake the whole washer!... plus I don't have to sit on a stool to get the laundry out and over to the dryer!

I filled the washer and it’s loud and shook hard... all good and under control. Just wish it was quieter...

The washer is very different from the one I bought in the late 90's! I'm learning to use it and am certain I use less detergent than I did before and also less water. The only thing I miss is having running water in the tub to rinse out the detergent cup since the lid must be closed to begin the cycle. Instead I now end up with a messy detergent cup and must go to another room to rinse it out. Small beef, but still miss that feature. Overall, a good purchase.

Purchased this washer 15 months ago for my vacation home and it performs really well. Some settings take time to get used to like using the bulky sheets setting if you want more water in the machine. Clothes come out nice and clean although a bit twisted, but all these new machines have a tendency to do that. I liked the machine so much that I replaced my Samsung at my primary residence that died after 3 years with this machine.

We had to replace our old washing machine because the bearings were shot. It is quiet and great washing machine. The clothing comes out clean and love the glass top. Best Buy was not on the list of places to buy an appliance from but the experience was great! Delivery and setup was free. I did not have to pay 70 to 80 dollars like I had to with Lowes and Home Depot. Plus the price matching and extended warranty you can't beat it.

We exchanged our first purchase of a whirlpool washer for this one and the only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the learning curve for how much soap and cycle choice in order for the correct amount of water and to NOT leave dried soap on our clothes took a long time! we almost returned it too! could not stop the soap from being stuck on the clothes. we figured out it needs about half the soap we used to use and even for t-shirts, we choose bulky to make sure enough water goes into the wash. Now, we love it!

I was very skeptical about HE, with the low water deal and clothes not fully being submerged in the water. I've washed large loads and watch it do its thing and was completely satisfied with the results at the end. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

This was purchased during Covid19 so it was all online. I am very happy with the Maytag washer. Quiet, large capacity and quick turnaround. The delivery was very professional and I love my new washer.

This was the first washer I purchased that didn't have a center agitator. Skeptical at first, but clothes seem to get clean just fine

Love the washer. It does make a strange noise when it switches from spinning to rinse, for example. Overall it's been working great.

I didn't want to purchase a fancy high-priced washer for my needs. This Maytag washer is a simple top loader with more cycles than I need, has medium capacity, and is quiet. So far so good. Also, the delivery and set-up were a breeze using Best Buy!

Pros: Clear glass to see clothes in the washer. Cons: Can't manually set water level.

Good washer for the price point. Basic washer but washes the clothes well. Only negative point is that it can be a little noisy.

OOPS.. My wife is mad at me.. Maytag - 4.3 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer - WhiteMaytag - 7.0 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Electric Dryer - White I purchased this supposedly state of the art washer dryer combination despite my wifes insistence that the HE washer without an agitator was a piece of junk per her research. thinking that it can't be as bad as she said, I purchased this set. The dryer is fine, but the Washer was the worst piece of junk ever. (Door in Glass to observe) We followed the manual exactly and then even tried combinations from online reviews/feedback. Some of the clothes were never even touched by water during any cycle of wash/rinse. including "deep water wash,", Powerwash", Bulky,Sheets"!!! I don't care how Highly Efficient a detergent is, if parts of the clothes don't even get wet and the detergent doesn't touch them, how can they get clean.. Exactly...!! they don't get clean and they get a film of lint right up to the edge of where the water touched .. horrible, ridiculous, stupid design of washer.. Unfortunately this is a set so I had to return the washer and the dryer and go with another washer dryer with an Agitator to get the clothes into contact with water to get them clean. Best Buy has been wonderful in exchanging them and I don't fault them for this. My fault for not trusting my wifes judgement,,,, Again... DONT BUY A WASHER WITHOUT AN AGITATOR. !!!!!!!!

I needed a replacement washed and was going to buy a cheap one. I saw this for a little bit more and am happy I chose to upgrade.

Takes some getting used to after having a traditional agitator style washer for years. But now that I understand how it functions, I like it. Can do large loads, washes well, and uses appropriate amount of water without guess work on my end.

this is a nice washer with good capacity. it is a bit weird to have a clear lid however. but overall it is a nice machine.

We love Maytags. This one is easy to use. Nothing complicated like some others we saw. Does the job!

Sometimes leaves a white residue on my dark clothes (I use liquid blue Tide detergent...) but other than that works great.
