Horrible washer

Each time I started a cycle it would spin/shake before water ever entered the machine. Once the cycle completly began, it was very loud and a burning smell would emit. The basic cycle lasted 45 minutes and the machine would shake during washing/spinning. Best Buy was great about the return and I am now looking for another washer.

Great washer for the money

Best Buy had this one in stock and so far I’ve had no issues with it. I love the quick wash setting. It’s quiet too. Great buy!

Research before buying

Planning to move so don’t need the best. I grew up on Maytag ads and grabbed one on sale without researching. Exceptionally NOISY and shakes even though clothes are carefully loaded. Checked YouTube. No good reviews. Best Buy is accepting return and is delivering a new machine of my choice. Best Buy is great about standing behind their sales.
