    I only had it for 3 days before I returned it. Each time I started a cycle it would spin/shake before water ever entered the machine. Once the cycle completly began, it was very loud and a burning smell would emit. The basic cycle lasted 45 minutes and the machine would shake during washing/spinning. Best Buy was great about the return and I am now looking for another washer.

    I needed a washer and didn’t have time to order one. Best Buy had this one in stock and so far I’ve had no issues with it. I love the quick wash setting. It’s quiet too. Great buy!

    Broke in 16 months, just far enough to be out of warranty and would cost more than I paid for the thing to fix. Don’t waste your money. I have a stack unit from the early 80’s that still works. They don’t make them like they used to
