Avoid, stopped working after 18 months

However, it stopped working after 18 months of light use. Required repair was not covered by warranty and repair was going to cost two-thirds of the original purchase price. So much for Maytag being a high-quality brand.

The first set went over five years. No problems in a second went over 10 years with no problems. I expect the same for this one in a very quality product for us.

From start to finish, this washer made TOO MUCH NOISE, at times VERY LOUD. It was returned. I also didn't like that the agitator didn't seem effective enough.

The 1st load I ran on 'quick wash', some of the clothes didn't even get wet!
