The new washer rings out the clothes so much better than the old washer. The drying time is cut drastically. I had not realized how wet my clothes coming out of the washer were. It does a great job!

We had a Samsung front loader and even with stain lifter products it still wasn’t getting my husband’s work clothes clean. This washer does the job!!

Despite having extended warranty. They state that product is under manufacturers warranty. I should contact manufacturer. I have paid extra for three year extended geek squad warranty.

I guess this is the new (at least our previous machine was purchase 14-20 years ago. Spin cycle is very noisy and machine shakes a lot. It does, however, get the clothes clean.

My First Lemon Washing Machine

Machine wont unlock. My next machine will be a speed queen. First malfunction occurred less than a month or so of owning it. Now, were at month 11 and we are having the same problem. Calling for service again tomorrow.

They seriously replaced it THREE times before I just switched to an LG and it would’ve been nice if they would’ve price matched for the inconvenience. It would work for about 2-3 days then malfunction, it would repeat the cycle and just keep filling with water. It “finished” after almost 2 hours and the clothes still SOAKED. The same issue with the replacements.
