    Solid product. Old stock build, sheet metal. Love the lint tray on the top instead of inside. Old one was inside and it would constantly snag laundry.

    My old washer broke down with a transmission problem. The new washer rings out the clothes so much better than the old washer. The drying time is cut drastically. I had not realized how wet my clothes coming out of the washer were. It does a great job!

    We purchased this washer March 5, 2023, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! We had a Samsung front loader and even with stain lifter products it still wasn’t getting my husband’s work clothes clean. This washer does the job!!

    Less than a year old and we have to call for service again. Machine wont unlock. My next machine will be a speed queen. First malfunction occurred less than a month or so of owning it. Now, were at month 11 and we are having the same problem. Calling for service again tomorrow.

    The agitator sound is disconcerting, almost as if something is broken. I guess this is the new (at least our previous machine was purchase 14-20 years ago. Spin cycle is very noisy and machine shakes a lot. It does, however, get the clothes clean.
