    The WORST machine ever!!!! DONT BUY. They seriously replaced it THREE times before I just switched to an LG and it would’ve been nice if they would’ve price matched for the inconvenience. It would work for about 2-3 days then malfunction, it would repeat the cycle and just keep filling with water. It “finished” after almost 2 hours and the clothes still SOAKED. The same issue with the replacements.

    I am not a fan of this washer. It is very noisy and shakes more than I like. I also don’t like that it locks and you can not add clothes if you forgot something.

    This is supposed to be an easy, old time machine but it is a pain to get to start and it still has a sensor that makes it now work properly when washing towels or comforters. We bought this instead of one of the fancy machines because our old fancy machine had way too many settings and sensors and always rewashed 4-9 times when doing comforters or a lot of towels which caused more of a water bill and more electricity. I wish I could return it!

    I really like my new washer and dryer. The washer holds a lot of clothes and does a very good job of washing. The dryer has many different settings making it easy for my clothes to become completely dry.

    So far so good. Working and doing what it’s supposed to do be accomplishing. Using both HE and manual water levels and am satisfied with the HE results.

    An amazing experience. i love the service at best buy. very courteous delivery people. my old units were carefully removed. the new maytag washer and dryer are great i can't wait to return to best buy.

    Love it except for the many things one has to push prior using machine. I feel those many buttons one presses seem as if I press to long it can easily stop machine from working.
