    This washer is fantastic. I uses far less water than prior washers and less electricity. Great buy and ongoing utility costs reduced.

    Had a problem they repaired the unit.Still had a problem. At the end the unit was bad and was able to pick.out a new one.

    This machine failed after 6 months. Maytag service is very slow if you do not live in a major metropolitan area, If it is still under warranty, you can only get service from an authorized Maytag serviceman. This is also the loudest machine ever, clanking and making other terrible sounds. Do not buy this machine!!!

    This unit was LOUD, VIBRATED from the bottom up through the sides. This Maytag is NOT like the Maytags of the past. Not only did I return this machine, 15 other buyers did just in the past week, according to the individual that picked up this washer.

    This is worst washing machine I have ever owned. Intake valve failed within 1st year. Settings do not always function. This brand is no longer dependable

    Was able to do one wash. After that called for repair. Lake appliance repair found control board is defective and does not work. Waiting to have repair. New washer, not good, shouldn’t happen!

    The items I received has a flimsy lid not the same quality like- the Maytag washer on display washer on display did not have a flimsy lid that’s why I purchased the same model- store sent a replacement but had the same flimsy lid - I was told it was a bad batch??? Wrong answer bestbuy…..yes they sent a replacement- with the same flimsy lid… then I was told I could upgrade? What ??? So they scheduled a service call then told the service guy issue was resolved??? Wrong - issue was never resolved!!!
