    What an absolute pile of heaping junk. Not even three years old and I have to put another $300 for suspension rods again. It was already replaced once under warranty, now out of warranty it is not covered. PLEASE do not waste your money. Also, Best Buy "Total" is a joke. They were the ones who fixed it the first time and obviously didnt do it right. Buy a Speed Queen.

    It is very deep and runs quiet. It did not look very deep but it held a bedspread sheet set for a queen bed

    The lid locks so I was in the dark of is there to much soap, not able to open the door to add more close or fabric softener. I had my whirlpool washer and dryer for 16 years, worked great but knew I had to replace them so that is why I went with the new washer and dryer with a 10 year warranty and your brand.

    This washer is total garbage. Do not buy a Maytag. The thing is super loud, and was severely off balance. Even with no clothing in the washer, it would vibrate and bang the sides. I returned this right away. Best Buy was excellent though, and took the washer back no questions. The customer service was great, just stay away from this washer.

    Very noisy. Have to shut the door. The lid is so flimsy I could fold it in half if it wasn't screwed to the machine. The top is slanted toward the front so have to be careful sitting anything on the top. Much taller machine than I had and lid hits the upper cabinets.
