    I am very dissatisfied with this product. I have only had this washer for about 3 months and I have already had to get a technician out to service it. And maybe the technician was terrible at his job or this washer is truly a defective device because I am still having issues. It is not so much that the washer will not wash, it is simply all the steps I have to take to get it to finish a simple washing cycle. It is quite ridiculous. I will vlog about this and hopefully prevent someone from wasting their time and money on this model!

    Very loud, makes a clunking noise when the water is filling in the tub during the fill cycle. Shakes during the spin cycle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THUS MAYTAG WASHER. Sorry I purchased this.

    The lid lock function on this unit is a complete failure. I lost an entire load of clothes because the lid locked and I wasn't about to try to wash out the smell after a repairman was finally able to come out.
