The washer was required to be replace with a new one. All clothes were damage. Still waiting for the replacement.

Washer Not Working in 28 days

Called Maytag they will send a repairman about a week waiting. worst experience I had with new appliance ever. I don't know if it will work after they fix it, it is not fixed yet still waiting.

Malfunctioned on 3rd use.

It wont lock the lid to start the washer. Worst part is I have to coordinate with the manufacturer for repair on a brand new washer instead of best buy.
