Great washer, gets the clothes cleaner much better than our previous washer. Would purchase again at this point. Have had it about 2 months.

Returned this machine , not what I expected and very noisy , went with kenmore elite a much better brand that stands by its quality name

Very easy to use and good for beginners, cut my time down to about two hours compared to my old one which would take all day just to wash a couple of days of laundry

Was replacing a Maytag Maxima, my only disappointment is that this washer is too big for my existing pedestal. Very quiet washing, I approve.

This washer cleans clothes faster than the last one we had, and does a good job so far. Like the companion dryer, the press and hold start procedure could be improved. That's the one thing I miss from my old washer. Otherwise, this one is better than the Whirlpool Duet I had previously.

The bestbuy outlet in Brockton Massachusetts is the best i bought a 1000 dollar washing machine for 500 looks brand new i bought a 1599 tv samsung qn90a 700 brand new never been open i bought a 1000 dollar dryer 489 open box almost brand new and the best thing about it is i put a 5 year warranty on everything for 140 dollar each incredible go to the outlet

I’ve have this washer over a year. Within the first 2 months it stopped working. Impossible to get a hold of manufacturer. I had to pay geek squad to fix it twice. Do not buy

Of the 19 months I have owned this washing machine it has been broken for going on 2 months, it took a month to get it repaired the first time and is now broken again and getting the right parts/getting it fixed it taking another month with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. That’s 10% downtime for a less than two year old appliance. Luckily I don’t have children. If I had children, I would be completely losing it. If you do buy one of these, be prepared to spend 3 seconds holding your finger on the start button every time you want to start a load. The same applies to the drier. I have never been so unhappy with an appliance,

Good appliance from a quality brand that is known for long lasting goods.

This is by far the most noisiest washing machine I ever own. I had it replaced second day after I got it because of the noise coming from it when it is spinning and draining. The replacement was no different, I came to realize that the first one was probably okay and not broken and that the machine is just terribly noisy. It is by no means better than any of my front load duet whirlpool; I wanted to try something different but I will be going back to whirlpool.
