But we have had multiple problems with the wash cycle not completing. the only solution is to power the unit off, unplug the machine so the electronics forget their mistake, replug the machine, hit the "drain and spin" cycle to get rid of excess water...and then start again. is anyone else having this issue with "runaway electronics"...i.e. the wash cycle will not complete. it says 21 minutes for 2 hours and counting.

It takes all day just to wash a few loads and I could get all my laundry done in a day including my bedding with my old one which unfortunately died. Stains even after treating is taking two or three times washing and treating them before they come out where it use to take one wash. Not a big fan of my new washer.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great washer definitely better than the one that lasted only two yrs The only problem the original washing machine repair and replacement cost exceeded our insurance policy so when we were unable to fix problem they had to order a new washing machine and we had to repurchase new insurance which I thought was not a fair policy since we didn’t have an option to get washer fixed it had to be replaced
